the room musky dirty , the only thing I liked was the creek sounds very nice, and on the last 2 days no hot water that's bad when it s your vacation no other places to go sold out every where that weekend never did get hot water the last day and they only offered half off the room which I...

Rock hard beds, parking was atrocious, room phone did not work, room keys lost programming, dated lodge. That's the bad. The swimming pool was nice. That's the good! I won't revisit. I'll spend another $40 a night and come out much better.

I've been here several times. First time I came I was with my band class in 8th grade and had the time of my life. Came here again recently with my boyfriend. It is definitely outdated but great for a weekend getaway. Always love to check out the pool as it is very creative and beautifully designed. The staff has...

We decided to stay one extra night, so we switched hotels. Found this on Groupon for $33/day. I cant complain for that price. Pool was very nice looking, however the smell of chemicals were so strong that I couldn't go in. Room was dart and outdated. However it was clean. I would recommend as a 2 star hotel

This old-style motel is nothing special but it is an okay place to stay the night, especially if you can get a quiet room in the back building, with a fridge and small balcony overlooking the creek. It is also nicely sited up above Gatlinburg away from the expensive and incredibly tacky tourist trap and its noise, and located on...

Our group, two couples, stayed at this lodge for one night. I was trying to get two nights accommodation there and I am very glad in hindsight that I was not able to. This entire facility is very old and really needs an upgrade. The carpets and bedspreads were old and filthy. Our sliding door to the balcony was unbelievably...

It's been 30 years since visiting here. The decor and hotel have not changed much. They are not dirty but it feels unfresh. The pool area is nice. The stream sounds great. The staff was pleasant. Maybe a rustic feel would be a good way to describe it. No serious complaints that was in their control. The quiet was broken...

When I book a hotel, there are certain things I expect, that I will have an iron and an ironing board, that I will have a microwave and that there will be enough toiletries provided for my stay. Not one of these expectations were met. The room was extremely small for four people and there was one small bar of...

Great little place. Older place. Alot of construction going on in front and to the side of hotel. Bears everywhere. They allow pets. Quiet for being in town. Laundry mat broken In both buildings. Would stay again.

Nice rooms. Loved the indoor and outdoor pool. The construction next door was a little bit of a pain. For the price a great deal. Parking gets a little tight on the weekend. A little old but very charming.
