The staff is not friendly at all, and they act like they are doing you a favor by letting you make a reservation and stay at their facility. Reservations are done the old fashioned way via mailed postcard, and you can't reserve a site unless you stay 7 nights. They don't even have an email address. When I called back...

This is a very nice well maintained park two miles from downtown Gatlinburg. We stayed a week in the last of October. Right next to the highway but not to noisy although there is a fire station next door that is disturbing when they make a run. Nice park over all and will stay here again when Gatlinburg.

Terrible service trying to make reservations. Temperatures were warm for November however, they did not open up bath houses. Prices way to high for the season with no additional benefit to campers. With all the rules of what you couldn't do there. There was no one to enforce quiet hours. We had some very noisy neighbors late into the night....

This is one of the nicest campgrounds I have stayed at The people were very friendly and helpful. Although sites may be a bit small, it is still enough room. We like paved pads for campers. Ladies boutique in office has some very unusual and beautiful things.

Stayed here alittle over the week in later October and enjoyed the location. About two miles from downtown Gatlinburg so it was very convenient. Could walk to the grocery store or take a trolley ($.50) to town or all around--2 stops within short, 3 minute walk. The campsites are nice but vary in size. Some are on top of each...

We did not have a good experience at this park. When we arrived and pulled into the park there were two other RV's in front of us. The female owner came running over, nearly frantic, that we couldn't park where we were. There was literally nowhere else for us to go. She was rude and nasty to both my husband...

Close to Gatlinburg. Food City across street. Trolley stop right in front. Friendly staff. Sites a little tight but well maintained. Nice bench seating with fire pit. Dog park and pool. WiFi and cable TV added bonus. Beautifully decorated for fall. Roaring Forks Nature trail close by as well as Smoky Mountain Park entrance. Downtown about 3 miles away.

It all started when I tried to make a reservation and no one would call me back. After 5 attempted contacts in about a week, I got a return call. Prices were higher than advertised and they are already high. Then she says that because we wanted to stay 8 days they'd need a $250 deposit. I was surprised, but...

This RV resort is amazing. The people that staff the office are so nice and friendly. Great swimming area, with an adult pool, kiddie pool, and jacuzzi! The lots are paved and big, level sites. Lots and lots of shade! Laundry facilities clean, tad expensive. Quiet at night, no rowdies allowed which suits me fine.

We just left Twin Creek this morning. We were there for 8 days and it was the most relaxing time I have had in many moons. The place is immaculate from the grounds to the streets to the bath house and everything between. There was always someone cleaning, pruning, blowing leaves or something all the time. It is just that...
