Stayed here 3 nights. Exceeded our expectations. Staff could not be more helpful. Thank you Mary and Laura. Called ahead and they gave us driving directions that avoided all the traffic. Shuttle bus stopped right at the driveway. Grocery store right across the street. Everything was spic and span clean, cleanest laundry room you've ever seen. Great camping experience.

Had a great time here. Small campground, helpful staff. Very quiet, convenient trolley. Would definitely recommend this place. Very clean. A lot to do in the Gatlinburg-Pigeon Forge area. Leave enough time to see it all.

The campground was clean and well kept. The sites were spread out enough that you didn't feel too close to your neighbor. The staff was very helpful especially the older lady that ran the office she was very sweet and we enjoyed talking to her. The bathrooms and showers were top notch. I definitely look forward to going back.

Very disappointing. Probably my worst camping experience ever. We were arriving late and owner called to tell us not to come, to just stay at Walmart. The next morning we arrived and there probably weren't 8 campers there...not like we would have disturbed anyone. The lady at the desk was cranky, we witnessed the owner take people out of the...

We were going on a vacation for the first time in 5 years. Reserved for 4-3 through 4-8. On 3-28 Our camper was totalled due to a fire. My husband was working in GA at the time. Twin Creek took a $150.00 dep and after I called and left a message about it. They kept the deposit. No call back,...

We (family of 3) stayed here for a week in April in a small pop-up trailer. It's located next to highway 321 which is busy but not too loud. There's a trolley stop right at the front and it's easy to get downtown and to the park entrance. There's a grocery store across the street so it's easy to get...

As there were now campsites available within GSMNP, we choose a campground that have spaces open. This site is within the city limits of Gatlinburg, TN along Rt 321 so there is allot of road noise, dumpster banging at night, and stars barely visible. The office staff are pleasant, while a bit inflexible. The showers and facilities are good, clean,...

The staff is not friendly at all, and they act like they are doing you a favor by letting you make a reservation and stay at their facility. Reservations are done the old fashioned way via mailed postcard, and you can't reserve a site unless you stay 7 nights. They don't even have an email address. When I called back...

This is a very nice well maintained park two miles from downtown Gatlinburg. We stayed a week in the last of October. Right next to the highway but not to noisy although there is a fire station next door that is disturbing when they make a run. Nice park over all and will stay here again when Gatlinburg.

Terrible service trying to make reservations. Temperatures were warm for November however, they did not open up bath houses. Prices way to high for the season with no additional benefit to campers. With all the rules of what you couldn't do there. There was no one to enforce quiet hours. We had some very noisy neighbors late into the night....
