Hi there, I will be staying at your fine facility in mid June of this year. I will be with my teenage daughter and our woman's tour group on a treck to see uganda, chimps, rwanda, and gorillas! My question is, can you accommodate specific dietary needs? I am vegan (i.e. no dairy, eggs, cheese, meat) but I'm very allergic to onion and strongly dislike cucumber or cilantro herb! I'm sorry if that means I'm such a pain to serve. My last trip to Africa (a safari) in Tanzania was excellent for accommodating me as a vegan and the food was delicious but that was before I developed an intolerance for onion :( I'd like to state that I like virtually all rice and beans or ugali that has been served to me, and I'm not particular at all about the flavour of a dish. Hope that helps, and let me know if I need to make specific arrangements! Looking forward to see you around June 19th! Asante sana! Kirsten Ness
