We arrived here after a day at Lake Manyara. A very nice layout with a wonderful staff. A nice gathering area and very adequate tents. The manager, I forget his name, went above and beyond to make our stay an experience. He took us to see some lions before dinner which had some cubs. Very cool. Food was very nice....

We stayed here for three nights (a family of four including two teenage boys) mainly so we could go walking (as this is hard to do for kids in National Parks). It ended up being a highlight for lots of reasons. For most of our time we were the only guests, which meant that we were the only ones looking...

The Manyara Ranch Conservancy is a true gem on the northern Tanzanian safari circuit. Besides the luxurious tents, delicious food, and impeccable service, the activities offered at this camp sets it apart from others. We will never forget our evening game drive in the camp's open-air vehicle where we sat just meters away from a relaxed family group of elephants...

We spent the best weekend game viewing, night game drive and some members of the group, a morning walk. Did not imagine the place will be teaming with wild life and was my first time to see a Zorilla. The hospitality was out of this world and will recommend it to family and friends. With only 8 tents, one feels...

Located between the Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Parks in a private conservancy this tented camp allows to do such thrilling things as night rides and guided morning walks. Wayne, the manager and Richard, the waiter did a fabulous job, the g & t at the pond was wonderful and the quiet and civilized talks at the fire after sunset...

This is one of the most amazing places ever!! We stayed 5 nights, did horseback ride Safari's in the morning and by jeep in the afternoon. The food was healthy and Delicious!! Our guides and staff treated us like family and it was so difficult to leave. We saw almost all the game and always felt safe. The tents were...

The food here was fantastic! The chef did a fabulous job every night we were there. The accommodations were wonderful, always clean and tidy. The game viewing when we were there in early February was okay, not fantastic. This was primarily due to plenty of water available so the animals were scattered. The manager, Allan, did a terrific job and...

Thank you for a great review. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay and the food at the Conservancy. As Tsetse are not common on Manyara Ranch Conservancy, I assume you are referring to your visit to nearby Tarangire National Park where the tsetse are found in higher concentrations. We hope to see you again in the future.

Manyara ranch is by far the best place I have ever stayed. Set away from the main tourist tracks it definitely feels as though you are on a proper safari. The tents are better than many hotels I have stayed in and the food is also top standard. The staff are also incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. 6/5 if I could!

This place is beyond amazing! The tents are very comfortable, clean, and feel more like a hotel room. The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. They had a baby Lynx on the property when I stayed and let me play with her whenever I wanted. Saw tons of animals right outside the camp area! Giraffes, elephants, water buck, antelope, ect.....

We spent two nights in this magical place and still talk/think about it and miss it! This was our first safari-experience and it exceeded all our expectations. The welcome, the comfort and coziness of the tents, the friendliness and hospitality of all the staff, the quality of the food, the special sundowners, stargazing after dinner, the night game drive and...
