Ecoscience Centre and Luxury Lodge at the border of Tarangire National Park is a very special place to stay while exploring Tarangire and lake Manyara. Many things make the experience unforgettable The Science centre itself brings to life the vision of its owner, professor in Geology & Volcanology, for the preservation of the nature of this unique place with various... My group of 4 plus driver were here for 2 nights and we all loved it. Jarrod, Zack and the rest of the team were very helpful and friendly. The rooms and facilities were very clean and well maintained. Keep in mind, this is still "camping" so you'll still have very small lizards and spiders. They're harmless and will not... More

We found this place though extensive search. A professor in Mandela University from spain and his wife owns this amazing lodge. Ben and Nandin are wonderful.and so is all the people working in this place. The desing is simple, african but with a "wall paper" magazine approach. African minimal modern. Choose the tents. Its spacious comfortable and high aesthetics design... More

Unusual thoughtful luxury design evocative of Masai huts, incorporating minimalistic approach and solar panels. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff courteous and helpful. After being out all day on safari, we were greeted with a wet towel to cool off and juice to drink. We were served appetizers and drinks before dinner at a fire pit then dinner was served... More

We stayed here for 2 nights at the start of our recent safari, and were not disappointed. We stayed in the tents, not the lodge accommodations. They were much larger than tents that we later stayed in, which was a nice way to start. The tents were well appointed, clean and new, with great views from the front porch to... More

well worth the dusty drive along the unmade road. When you arrive cold drinks and clean towels await you in the carpark. The place is breathtaking beautiful with the spacious bungalows inviting you to relax and admire the view. you are in the middle of the Savannah and from your terrace you can watch the wildlife. At night the stars... More

Helene and staff do an amazing job at Ecoscience...from the beautiful rooms (we stayed in a tent), to the high quality of the meals, and the overall organization of the place. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the stay and highly recommend Ecoscience for a trip to Tarangire. Well done!

We had an awesome stay at Ben's and Nadine's Lodge. We really recommend you to stay there. At some point we even had animals really close to the lodge. Everything was safe and super organized. The close national park is definitely a recommendation if you haven't seen elephants. It's only a half an hour drive to the entrence.
