We had a fabulous time here. Spent 4 nights. Julie and her team made us feel right at home from the start. There is a small herd of elephants (about 10) that visits daily. They love the acacia beans. There are 2 small ellies in the herd, truly magical to watch the interactions of these animals. Amazing!! Our guide Tony...

Animal viewing from the camp is magical, tents are lovely, service is wonderful. Only drawbacks are poor lighting in the tents and no wi-fi in the tents or anywhere else at the camp. Small inconveniences compared to all the wonderment. Great night and walking safaris with Chris.

What a wonderful camp. Everything was perfect. I came alone but met up with friends who were staying here. Food, A+ (love the eco-friendly lunch boxes) Staff & management, A+; location A++ Accommodation A+. Elephants walked by the camp all day long. At night there was one in front of my 'tent'. This is real Africa. You won't be disappointe...

We only spent two nights at this camp, in the southern part of Tarangire. To us, one of the most beautiful parks, considering the landscape, baobabs, swamp, big herds of elephants and...Oliver's. The camp was almost full, but as we were the only guests without a private vehicle (we had a fly-in safari), we were fortunate to have a car...

A wonderful lodge type camp in the Tarangire National Park. Accommodation is in thatched detached units 50 yds apart with stunning views across a valley where all the animals roam freely and sometimes particularly at night through the camp, the unforgettable sound of a lions roar or the trumpeting of an elephant, remember you are invading their territory! This is...

Tarangire National Park is well worth visiting. So many animals, and so few people IF you stay at Oliver's Camp in the south part of the park. Guides are highly trained and very passionate about their jobs. Our guide was Sadiq, and he was awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable about the animals and the park, and took us to see...

Tarangire is well worth traveling to, and Oliver's Camp is great - friendly, welcoming, professional. Great meals, company, and the views of Tarangire are great. The outdoor shower under the huge black velvet of the African sky is an experience I'll never forget. I hope to go back.

Thanks again Julie and your staff - Angel, Doudi, Lucas, Kato, and Soped were so warm and friendly. I think the camp amenities were great, but it was the people who pampered and welcomed us that made this place extra special and memorable. We enjoyed the hearty meals and comfortable, if not luxurious, accommodations in the bush (especially the outdoor...

I stayed here with my family, but in the tent was me and my son. It was very nice, although get used to a lion roaring at 5:30 AM. Wonderful service, everything wonderful. A few bugs came in but no harm. Best camp in Tarangire.
