DO NOT STAY HERE. Me and my boyfriend planned to stay here for about 4 nights during our stay in Kampot. At first glance we thought it was good value for money with a spacious room (although very hot) and fairly clean. We were given a room on the top floor which also had an accessible balcony too. On our...

Just one night stay as walk-in and check-in. The place is good for those who need a river front area, just a walk 5 minutes to get pub and bar. The staff also friendly and clear recommend to the tourist places.

Good Location central, large balconies with views of river, helpful staff. Bad Almost everything in the room was broken, old and torn sheets, dirty mattress cover and very dirty floor mats. If you want cheap, this is a good place, just don't expect much.

Stayed 2-4 May 2015 Taken here by tuktuk, glad we actually listened! Loverly location, right by river, had a twin room (2 x beds almost the size of doubles) with fan for $8 per night. Room was spacious and clean. The communal terrace is HUGE! Lovely views across river and perfect place for people watching and seeing local life go...

Nice and big room, with views on the river... We got it for a very good price as well. Good overall experience, the manager Rattana is helpful and kind. The market is pretty near, as well as most Kampot's cool places on the river.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The room at $15 was good value for us. The a/c wasn't up to much but the fan was good. The location was great and near everything you could want. The owner was great at arranging scooters but we were sold a taxi transfer to Trat, Thailand and at the border we were suddenly...

An okay place, very clean etc but abit of a walk to main drag to which can be a worry late at night. The manager always in your face trying to sell you a second rate bus ticket, I used him twice and never again! The internet never worked plus the laundry is double the price, if you get it...

A twin room for a family of 4 at $15/night is a great deal. The rooms are plenty clean enough, the beds comfortable enough, the young man on the front desk friendly and helpful enough, but boy is the internet bad! Beyond bad, terrible. The location, on the river, a short walk from Dara Market, is perfect. The airconditioning hardly...
