Stayed here recently as part of my bicycle ride around Cambodia. I originally went because I read that they had rooms for $5. As of May 2017 this is NOT true. I got a room for $7 after negotiating, but I was originally told the smallest room cost $8/night. Still a good value, but just not the $5 as advertised....

This place was the stand-out place of our trip because of the lovely lady who hosts you, the range of bungalows available and the amenities that are there. There was not a single thing that was lacking. The bungalows are situated in a serene garden that is a little piece of heaven. Mango trees are everywhere and the host lady...

We loved this place. So peaceful and tranquil in comparison to the busy places we have stayed in. It is run by a family and they are delightful. We had a very warm welcome on arrival. We had planned to eat in Kep but we were so glad we didn't as our dinner was cooked in the open kitchen by...

If you are after a place that is budget, totally chilled with wonderful views, then you need to check this place out. But, you need to be prepared for the odd bit of wildlife ( frogs, monkeys and others) to occasionally wander into your bungalow at night. These are raised bungalows, amongst the trees, and are not completely enclosed, but...

Stayed there for 2 nights. The Bungalow and the facilities were very clean. Place looks really chill with all the wooden Bungalows and a big garden. Staff was very nice and helpful. I recommend drinking a fruit smoothie in the Restaurant since they are delicious and the view over the trees and sea is amazing.

Cheap rooms with good views. It is family friendly and nice and quiet and defy a place to rest up, There are dogs and of course other wild life. Menu is limited but cheap. It's family run too which is nice. Walk next door to Kep lodge to use the pool ($3) or $5 meal spend. We'd stay again at...

My previous favorite places are northern Thailand, and Sitka, Alaska for the very same reasons: beautiful surroundings, natural living spaces, and excellent food. I am 100% in love with this place. It's everything I was hoping to find in Kampot, which was missing the peace and quiet I was longing for and charged much more for less. Although there's always...

I stayed in a basic room which was thatched on the roof and walls so it was like being inside a basket which was a nice feeling. It came with a mosquito net and a pedestal fan. There was a shared bathroom between two rooms but I didn't have anyone staying next to me. For US$5 it was unequalled value...
