We asked the hotel to arrange transportation for us to Battambang. They did, and we paid the hotel directly. They then made arrangements with the drivers. On arrival the driver demanded another $20 and refused to leave until we paid it. We called the hotel to ask them to sort it out, but they were unwilling to help us.

Lovely clean room, with comfy large beds and nice linen. Free water every day. It was nice and quiet and even though it was away from the town it was an ideal location for us, as it's close to the entrance of the national park and crab market. I did get several mosquito bites during the night though so I'd...

We stayed at kimly for 2 nights the rooms were clean and we ate at the restaurant in the crab market. My main complaint was that the manager never really seemed that bothered about pleasing you and also lied about services in the area as she wanted to sell you things that were more expensive rather than what you like

I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful here. My only complaints are that it was noisier than I would have liked (probably more about room location as it isn't a party place) - just noises in the hallway early and late in the evening, which were disruptive to a light sleeper. The restaurant serves good quality food...

We were staying at another location in Kep that was supposed to offer credit card facilities, but were told that the service would be unavailable for 3 days, so we settled with the cash we had and left. Kimly Lodge solved our problem instantly. The manager, Mao, was absolutely brilliant. She calmly arranged a cash advance, showed us a couple...

I stayed with a friend in one of the bungalows, this was set in a beautiful garden and was well set out with everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant the first night and the food was superb on a par with any thing I ate in Vietnam and Cambodia including the temple club and the green tangerine. Just...

I had one of the bungalows. It was clean and well-appointed. The unexpected highlight for me, however, was the extremely comfortable mattress. Probably one of the best sleeps I've had in a while. The garden setting was nice. I would suggest finding a way to add some sort of screen to the windows, so that you can keep them open...

The guestrooms in Kimly Lodge aren't special, the bungalows are!! The bungalows are very nice, settled in a garden and they have a veranda. It's a quiet area 5 mintutes away from the crabmarket, where you can also fine a lot of good restaurants. One of the restaurants is Kimly, a restaurant adviced by Lonely Planet. If you order food...

Pros: - close to crab market and nightlife - quiet area, peaceful - good airconditioner Cons: - bugs found in bed...and sheets had marks - minimal shower pressure - poor WiFi in rooms - pricey for what you get (imo) -...
