For 500 rupees you get what you pay for and more. Huge room, clean sheets and nice staff. What makes the place though is the little fluffy dogs that they have here. They will also organise houseboat tours.

Stayed here on 4/10/2014 , we had booked two double rooms and one triple bedroom. The people here are extremely friendly. Rooms are very spacious and ambiance is quite good. Even the dog "Biscuit" is very friendly. Quite an affable place. Economical pricing. Guard yourself against mosquitos (rare though).

We stayed for three nights at Dream Nest Heritage Home and it was just as expected. For 500 Rupees per night this is an OK place to sleep. The only real downside was that the bed smelled quite bad, probably due to humidity and sweat of previous guests. Further, the sheet they provided (on request) smelled even a little more....

Staff is veeeeeeeery friendly and helpful! Offered us also a very good daytrip to the backwaters. Rooms were nice, big and clean. They even took us to the busstation at 4 am, because there was no Rikshaw available at this time - so kind. Thank u guys :D

We have a very large sleeping room and bathroom. The place is CLEAN, very quiet, comfortable and roomy. The room prices were very fair. Covered safe parking for the motorbike in gated court yard. The staff is friendly and helpful. We used the kitchen to cook fresh prawns and make rice pudding. Excellent tea shop just outside the gate. I...

I booked this wonderful little heritage guesthouse through Hostelbookers. Unfortunately they didn't send me an email to review it. I promised the young owner that I'd write a review and must apologise for taking so long. We stayed here a week last January and during four months of travel in India, this was the best value guesthouse we stayed at....

On arrival our bed sheets were dirty and smelt terrible. We asked for a new pair of sheets which they gave us but asked why we wanted them as they said they were clean. However when we checked out and came back to the hotel a few hrs later the bathroom and room had been quickly cleaned but the same...
