This being my 3rd consecutive visit I was familiar with the five star hospitality that they offer but was amazed to see the safety standards and co-operation of the staff.To start with my booking by Mr. Gaurav was extremely reasonable catering to our need of 2 rooms for 4days, at the reception Archana took care of quick and welcoming check-in, we enjoyed sumptous food and enthusiastic serving by Pooja, Basant and Ganesh. Manager at the restaurant Mr. Mohd took care of our tastes and was polite enough to even replace the whole dish. Amidst the pandemic since using the pool was prohibited they had interesting board games. Every person at the resort is dedicated to make the stay comfortable and luxurious. Highly recommended!

Our stay was very pleasant, all the staff were very kind and helpful. Chef vipul and Manjila were very helpfull preparing the special food for my one year old kid for breakfast ,lunch and dinner no matter how busy they were and all the wait staff use to deliver the food to the room as soon as the food was ready,Archana at the front desk was kind to assist when help needed.,Housekeeping staff also helped us keeping our room tidy and the pool attendant gentlemen speaking kanada along with the security staff were helpfull providing tips about lonavala ..Management of adore resort your staff are great please do take care of them by recognizing or by giving them raise..Will sure come back again..

We were there for 4 days and stay there was nice. We reached there around 5 PM and check-in was smooth. Contactless payment options were available(like UPI using QR code). We were required to fill government forms and need to show ID proofs(they scanned it as per government norms).
First impression of resort from outside was just resort almost in village. After entering in resort; it was different story. Small but well maintained resort. Poolside view was very nice.
Room was well maintained(little dusty); and curtains were good enough to make room darker even when sunny outside. Room service was nice and cleaning was done every day. Comfortable bed. Nice shower. Towels and toiletries were provided.
Restaurant is small but provides good enough options for breakfast bites and lunch/dinner. Restaurant staffs Mohammad Billal(Restaurant Manager), Pooja and Geeta were kind enough to guide us through different menu options and were courteous to help us with food delivery in room(when we were tired not to dine in restaurant). We were lured by the exotic pictures and 5 rating of trip advisor and booked a 2 night stay here. The prices are very high for an executive class room which does not even have a mini fridge and is a normal AC room . The indoor sports are just about ok with pool and TT and does not even have a badminton court. Food is only positive here and one should go here if the rates offered are Sub 4k per night else it's not value for money. A small hotel with 29 rooms and a kids swimming pool which looks big in the pictures. Don't get swayed by photos on net. The services are good and we appreciate that especially Joseph who despite being pool attendant was prompt in lifting luggage etc.

I have a string of complaints 1. The non veg served to us had not been cleaned properly and had blood on it, to be seen while eating..pictures have been attached to believe..and when asked for something else to eat, bill was sent along with the food..when I declined to sign the bill, staff tried to reason with me, as if I was a free loader. 2. The next morning after returning from breakfast the room was flooded with water as handjet of the washroom had busted open..shoes..clothes all soaked wet..nerve wrecking..no one from higher authority came while I got the room cleaned and when I called them they shifted us to another room, calling it an upgrade. 3. They don't provide even simple things like lotion which is easily available at every decent hotel nowadays.. shampoo was pathetic..thank God we were carrying our own..kettle had to be asked for..that too given after lot of questions..water is charged for...cost cutting at it's best..food menu is photocopied paper stapled together 4. Breakfast spread is useless..had to get made to order breakfast. All in all a very useless place..never to return again.

I am senior citizen I had booked 4 executive rooms facing swimming pool in Feb 2020 for my family, All senior citizens.It was a family trip in mid march for 3 days. i paid 50% Advance in Feb 2020 with a request that we should be given one unit of 4 rooms ( 2 Rooms on ground floor and 2 rooms on 1st floor) which was confirmed by hotel on watts app.. On arrival my family was given the rooms which was not facing the swimming pool. The receptionist and the manager were very rude and not courteous.. My family were told to go to some other hotel Being all of us senior citizen it was very difficult for me to find out another hotel at the last moment I had to compromise. After arguing 3 rooms were given We asked for extra Bed. But the hotel gave us only mattress to sleep on the floor which they charged. The mattress had Bed Bugs in it which I showed it to the manager Really bad experience even though booking and paying advance 17 days prior to the visit. I will never visit again. Pradeep

Even though your review is very critical of us, we thank you for taking the time to write out your grievance and also for giving us this opportunity to address the same. First of all, we would like to correct you that you had asked for ground floor pool facing rooms only when you made your booking. We had allotted the same. We have only 2 rooms on the ground floor in each unit that face the pool. On arrival, when you discovered not all the rooms were in the same unit, a lady in your group began to act difficult and thus began a long drawn affair of fault finding. Our team very patiently did try to meet all your expectations to the best of our ability and it was we who suggested you take the first floor rooms if possible and you did accept our offer. So to put your grouse into perspective, all your rooms were in the same unit and pool facing. Secondly, when you booked with us, it was for 4 rooms. After all the argument about having all 4 rooms in the same unit, and after allotting the same to you, you then decide to cancel one room because some guests of yours did not arrive. As per our cancellation policy, we do not allow last minute cancellation. But however, we did oblige and accepted your cancellation without retention charges. Thirdly, your allegation of finding bed bugs is totally unjustified. What you assumed was a bed bug was just an insect and it was pointed out to you by our team. We also requested you to keep your windows closed as our resort has lots of dense garden foilage and it is a part of nature that insects will be around in such conditions. While we always put in our every effort to make our guests comfortable and rejoice when we receive an appreciation, we also understand that sometimes we fail in achieving that objective. 1. Able to find resort location conveniently via Google maps 2. Resort is well maintained and simple 3. We came during weekdays and enjoyed using swimming pool, which is cleaned 2 times in a day. 4. Veg food is good, not spicy unlike most hotel food but there is not much variety available. 5. Staff is courteous and room service is available and satisfactory. 6. Breakfast was included in room charges, but found it just about OK in taste Lonavla is too commercialised but the resort is good getaway for 2 days. Recommended for anyone who hasn't been to Lonavla.

Location: Away form the highway. The property is not very big (as may appear in the photos). It's compact and decent. The resort is surrounded by local residential properties. The resort has made good use of all the available space. Car parking available.
Rooms: Saw both Pool Facing & Standard Non-Pool Facing rooms. The standard rooms face outwards towards the surrounding residential properties/parking lot of the resort. The standard rooms are compact with no much space and no great view. The pool facing rooms have atleast the pool view and are slightly bigger. Ground Floor pool facing rooms have a balcony. First floor ones don't have a balcony. Bathrooms are neat and tidy. Recommend the 200/300 series pool facing rooms.
Restaurant: compact and fancy pool facing open restaurant. Breakfast Buffet spread is very ok. Lunch & Dinner is A-La-Carte which was decent. Menu has both Indian and Oriental options. Room service is available. There are table and chair near the pool side (good during the day, but no umbrella so sunny during breakfast and lunch). Pool side seating is not private. It's right opposite the rooms.
Staff: The good part is that the staff is extremely welcoming and helpful.
Entertainment: There is nothing great just outside the resort (just local residential properties). There is a carrom board & table tennis board. Badminton rackets are available but no court. You can just play on the lawn, near the pool. No net. There are small swings/slides near the pool for kids
Personally, I felt the property is slightly over priced and we felt the property was kinda small/compact compared to the initial perception on the photos.

It has been an amazing experience to be at this property. My husband and me were finding a place for our anniversary and we finally decided to stay at Meritas Adore (Lonavala). There is no room for disappointment at this property. This is place for fun and stay. This property has a games and pool facility. The staff was the highlight of the day -- Archana / Sanjay (Bilal)/ Sunil and all other staff members who were extremely courteous, kind and helpful about everything like serving food, room service etc. The most beautiful part was our room decorating for the event, with balloons towel decor, flowers and cake it just made us feel complete for the occasion. We are really thankful for great experience. I would want to mention, the only miss in this property which is a personal preference is a fridge in the room and spa facility at this property.

We had gone for 3 nights at this amazing resort. Let me begin by saying that this was the most amazing stay we had in lonavala in a while Right from the food to the rooms to the location everything was amazing. They have a very nice setup of rooms with a small balcony where smoking is allowed and clean hygienic property with very good room service. Priced very well. They have a play zone where you can play snooker, table tennis ludo, chess, snakes and ladder games. Good open lunch and dinner area with a menu that did not repeat any day. Different cuisines available. Staff was very helpful and friendly and always there on the call. Good bathrooms with hot cold water even in the wash basin at all times. Play slides for children and childrens pool also there for kids. Good powerful airconditioners. Must visit this place. We would go again soon.
