Overall the stay was extremely good. Hygienic rooms, exciting indoor sports, some cycling and a dip into icy cold water.. But out of everything, what requires a special mention is the special restaurant service. We ordered the food from different restaurants but it was properly served within our rooms by the kitchen staff. The lip smacking food served with broad smiles made our stay even better. The maggie, poha and crispy corn were absolutely to die for! Overall, full stars to the entire staff with a special thank you note to hotel management... Cheers!

I had an exceptional stay at Imperial Grande Resort! The property's grandeur, impeccable service, and serene ambiance exceeded my expectations. The rooms boasted modern amenities and beautiful views, while the in-house restaurant served delicious cuisine with varied options. The tranquil pool facilities was perfect for relaxation, and the friendly, attentive staff catered to our every need.

We stayed at the property over the weekend after the lockdown was lifted and to our surprise the hotel has all the measures as per the guidelines. On checking in, our temp was checked and also oxigen level were checked using termal reader. The rooms were cleaned and sanitized daily. Sanitisers were available at looby and in the rooms too.
The hotel is huge with large rooms and over our stay was very satisfying.

We booked a 4-bhk villa with attached swimming pool with access to resort.
Breakfast is included in the booking charges with good spread.
Food quality is good with service provided at the villa.

The hotel service was good. The room was clean. The beds were neat. The TV was working. The kitchen closed at 10, putting some pressure to order soon. The bathroom had a translucent section, which may or may not be comfortable based on your choices. The restaurant served good vegetarian and non vegetarian food.

Good Stay!! Great service by restaurant management, very helpful and overall very sweet time spend here!
Little early check in and checkout resulted in extra pay but it was reasonable. The staff is very polite, kind and helpfull. Will recommend atleast 2-3 days stay over here.

We booked bunglow for 2 nights. It's 4 bhk and size is decent.it has private pool. They Provided music system. Food is descent.
We want to suggest that in kitchen they should keep basic appliances like fridge, oven, water purifier.
