Located amidst sylvan green surroundings off the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway in the Waksai-Maval area of Lonavala, just 6.5 km from the Lonavala Market, Viola Beacon Hotel extends our “smart & efficient” signature operation in this popular weekend getaway.

A much needed break amidst this pandemic was something needed and Viola Beacon resort just made it a blessing. Courteous staff, good housekeeping lavish rooms and good food thank you ❤for the hospitality. We booked through Go ibibo and got the rooms in an excellent price. Upon arrival proper santization and hypgenic practices were followed. The normal check in time is 2:00 however we were the front desk executives and Rajendra and Valerie were overtly accommodating and helped us with early check in. My overall experience was a treat as the housekeeping, F & B staff are very courteous helpful and always there for your service just a phone call away. The lifts are currently not operational due to covid but there are in place. I would like to mention some names that made my staff here Akshay, ganesh and sachin from the housekeeping who were always there for any thing I required. Tridip from the F & B team took note of our food priorities and always served the best quality food. Currently the breakfast is being served in the room and you can order from their customized menu options. We were lucky enough to experience buffet breakfast for the day of my check out. Overall the property, infrastructure, the ambiance and the hotel management makes this place a winner cheers and much recommend for family, couples and groups. Before I forget I also got into a trouble where I misplaced my car keys and the hotel manager Mr Sanjay Rawat made phone calls to help me with the car keys and as a goodwill even extended my room post check out for additional 2 hours. This is what customer service looks like And makes it all the more appreciated.

I visited the resort with my family (including my infant daughter) and found the staff and services really good. The staff was very polite, professional and was quick to attend to any additional needs especially the preparation of food for my infant daughter(which could be a challenge at times). The swimming pool was well maintained and the restaurant was also good. Food quality and taste was also nice.Rooms were also neat and clean. There is a small kids play area and ample parking space. The location of this resort is not exactly in the town but reaching the location isn't a problem ( if you've your own car) as it is right at Mumbai Pune old highway.Approx 300 metres from the resort, one can find "kinara dhaba" which was really enjoyable at night due to its good ambience, food and reasonable pricing. Overall, a very good resort if you're planning for a quiet and relaxing weekend getaway.

Property: The property is really nice, very new and with cleaned rooms. Visited here just after the lockdown, in the month of August. All the precautions has been taken by the staff in regards with the COVID situation. Utmost hygiene was maintained by each staff.
Food: Each time fresh meals were served with proper handling of plates and spoons. Hotel kitchen has limited food options, but everything that they served us was delicious.
View: Few rooms have balcony with mountain view, the place is really peacefully in the night!
Staff: The staff here is very friendly and cooperative. Mr. Rajendra was very helpful and welcoming. Mr. Tridip was taking helping us with our food and beverages. All the bills and menu cards were shared through whatsapp, which was super convenient with no person coming in contact ( Keeping the precautions in mind). All the staff was just a call away.
Overall it was a great stay!

Disappointed for the service. Late service. Costly food with poor quality. No attention. Not recommended at all. Multiple reminders had to give for 1 order. Also balcony at room was too small that hardly 1 person can entre but hotel is charging extra for balcony.

Voila Beacon hotel is one of the best hotels in Lonavala. Rooms r specious & comfortable. Staff is helpful, cooperative & understanding. Housekeeping is great. Restaurant & lounge & bar is great. Rooms have Full-length mirror, Flat-screen TV with Digital room key Spa treatments is great. Rooms r provided luxury toiletries, large fluffy towels with hot water. Food & beverage service is great. It has swimming pool, indoor & outdoor games like billiards, carrom, table tennis, Roven football, indoor hokey slides, etc outdoor slides, swings, etc. It has good conference hall too. Viola Beacon experiance is awesome.

We recently went to Viola Beacon resort for the first time in Lonavla. It’s a mid-size mid-range hotel which offers vgood facilities and amenities.
The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and spacious. The room has very good bedside reading lights which I really appreciate, as my big treat on a break is to read at night.
We had a room with a small balcony, very convenient for my smoker husband.
I loved that the lobby and the dining area are open and spacious, so important in this pandemic times.
The restaurant overlooks the pool area and has an Indian and Chinese menu. We also asked to meet the chef and he cooked some special dishes for us.
Off the dining area is a very large recreation area with a lot of indoor games for children and others.
What I loved:
All the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and dining are very hospitable and helpful.
——- If you’re looking for a comfortable, Value for money break, this is an ideal place to go to.

Rooms were good and spacious and the staff was friendly. Food was average and the service was very slow. We informed the staff previously that we will be leaving early so will need breakfast but it wasn't served on time. They called after we left saying we haven't paid the bill but later found out that they goofed up and were charging us for things we did not order.
