We booked for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The online self registration eased the check in process..Superclean, elegantly designed comfortable rooms.The staff is extremely warm and courteous - Shantanu( reception), Mahadev( restaurant) , housekeeping staff , even the mama who picked up every dry leaf in the lawn. The food spread was too good and every dish was flavourful with fresh ingredients.The hotel's peaceful location definitely gives u a break from all the noise. Very few hotels manage to put up a good show on all fronts and Orchid is definitely one of them.Thank you !

In the times of covid-19, we were looking for a place to host our small gathering of about 45 people for my brother's wedding. While the number of people was small (by Indian standards), we wanted no compromise on the quality of rooms, service and food.
I am glad that we selected The Orchid Lonavala for our family function. The staff was very polite and cheerful. They were always ready to help us. The food was excellent and in line with our request for Jain food for all events. I would especially like to acknowledge Mr. Adarsh, Mr. Suman, Mr. Shabbir and Mr. Bansi for their prompt service with a smile.
The cozy setting of the rooms ensures privacy and the cleanliness of the hotel is evident at all nooks and corners.

Recently we stayed at Orchid Lonavala for my husband's birthday. We really like the property as it's small property but has beautiful rooms . The breakfast buffet and the food served was very delicious . Staff was very helpful specially Soma Pal from reception. I really liked the concept of glass bottles of water in the room instead of plastic bottles. Only felt there were very less options in kids menu , more healthier option like upma, khichdi , idli in kids menu would have been better instead of just fries or pasta. Overall it is lovely property in lonavala with good price point . We would def stay here again.

Orchid made things as easy as it was before pandemic. The precautions and sanitization process from their side hel-ped us to overcome our fear and made us feel safe. We would definitely recommend staying there to everyone who needs a break and need a relaxing time.

Just a perfect place to stay with family or friends We had booked premium delux room and was happy to see specious size rooms absolutely clean and neat. Out housekeeper Shabber made it a point to keep our room clutter free as I had a 1 year old kid. Always smiling and greeting whenever he met us. Never said no for any help, special thanks to him, keep up the good work Shabbir
Food was super delicious, from breakfast to dinner just yummmm.....but pricey room service .... But the food justified it Had many special request for my child and received food as requested
Game zone was fun, also very neat and clean.....
Would definately recommend this place to family and friends.

Humble, courteous staff, good cleanliness. Deluxe room size small. Bucket, various kits were provided on demand; which elsewhere are available by default. My room had a locked door in between the adjacent room. So voice can be heard, especially at night, if its a bit louder.
Food in South Indian restaurant was good but costly.
No rest room for drivers. (Not due to Covid).
But overall good experience.
Surprisingly, the High Tension power lines pass over the hotel premises! ( This pertains to authorities though.)

We stayed in this So called Branded Hotel form 13-15 Aug. We booked through #MMT. The room was booked for 3Adults +1Infant. Room Description was 350Sq. Feet on MMT, On checkin we were given a room which can hardly fit 2 Adults and 1 Infant. On a complaint regarding Poor WC, And my infant was almost locked up in the Bathroom with a Broken Handle, We were asked for Additional Money by the Hotel Manager. On our complaint to MMT. We were told by hotel manager that all rooms are booked. We Hardly saw any checkins but we were like take extra 5000 bucks but give us a Hygenic Room. This wasn't expected from a Brand like Orchid. Same wasn't expected from a Booking Company like MMT on their support. People please do not book this hotel for your stay.

We will make sure that no further inconvenience will be caused to you. We would like to inform you that we had given an early check-in without any extra charges since you were accompanied with an infant . Also your reservation was for a Deluxe Room which we upgraded to Premier room without any extra charges on your request since you wasn’t comfortable with the Deluxe Room you had reserved . Please note the Deluxe Room which you reserved is 230 SQ.FT. where you have commented that you booked a room with 350 SQ.FT. The room size of Premier Room is 320 SQ.FT. During the entire situation , My Front Office Manager was personally handling your complaints and in his capacity he had given you an early check-in as well as free upgrade without any charge in a over sold out situation . In no circumstances the Hotel hasn’t demanded any additional amount from you . Customer Satisfaction is something that we take very seriously and would never compromise under any of service from our end and we know the value of the money our guests spend trusting us. I had booked in well in advance 2Pioneer rooms for 2 Nights (Fri-Sun) with request for higher floor rooms with mountain views, however at check-in on Friday was informed that higher rooms are not available due to all rooms being sold out. However, we noticed that the hotel was not fully sold out and that buffet lunch/dinner was not available due to lack of persons. We were given rooms facing another hotel backside with no view to say anything about, which spoiled our day. We had booked MAP and were give set menu dinner options. Rest of hotel experience was very good - prompt room service and excellent food at restaurant. All the restaurant staff (M/s Pankaj, Basiron, Narendra, Amit...)provided prompt and courteous service throughout our stay . There could be additions to toiletries like shower cap, additional tooth brush(where 2 persons are staying in a room). Overall a decent hotel, with cleanliness and Hygiene maintained.

Have had a very bad experience with this hotel. I checked in a bit late and their kitchen was closed so I had to order food from outside but when when my food delivery guy came the hotel staff said you cannot order food from outdide. In the evening also when I wanted to place order for in room dining they said we won’t provide in room dining and you have to have dinner from our buffet… guys wtf??? Jabardasti hai kya? Their staff also seemed rude. Also when asked for dental kit didn’t receive it.. I surely won’t recommend this hotel.
