I visited Della Resort recently, to enjoy a well deserved getaway from my routine life. It was one of the best experience That I had.
Though Covid-19 scare is always on back our our minds, It was so nice to see the way Della’s staff took proper precautions for our safety and wellbeing. The check in was hassle free and quick. All staff wore mask and sanitizer was available at proper intervals, Constant sanitizations were carried out of the premises and the bags too, Social distancing was followed properly which made me relaxed. I would like to mention and say thanx to “Mr. Kunal Rajgure” Reservation’s Manager, This man took utmost care so that all the procedures were done seamlessly from start to end. He also helped me in giving surprise to my family by providing cake at short notice.
Rooms were spacious and had positive vibes. Everything was clean and up to my expectations. I am looking forward to visit Della again soon with my college reunion group. Thank you

Amaaaazzziinnggggg! The experience was fantastic. Della is one of those very few places where you can have a gala time without caring about the outside world. The service is excellent and you are taken care of at every instant. The staff is also extremely kind and polite. Mr. Kunal Rajgure, the reservation manager was courteous and helped us very much in getting our bookings done swiftly. Also a lot of precautions have been taken during the covid situations. Our luggage was properly sanitised, the rooms are clean and sanitised and also the offices and reception are sanitised every now and then for the safety of every single person. Kudos to the architect and the engineers too who made this project come together. It is definitely worth it :)

My stay and conference experience was unbelievably pathetic and disappointing.
Till the time of checking out almost every guest of hotel was fighting on reception with the staff due to some issue or other.
Having heard a lot about them I held 80 people stay and conference there, however, the whole experience was super bad. The rooms are all smelly including their highest Suite. Guests complained about room quality and there was a chemical smell in the rooms as some portion if the property is under construction and they had to change the room immediately and was given stupid rooms again. They gave hazardous rooms to the guests.
Even in the suite, the bedding had spots, housekeeping didn't refresh toiletries properly. I had to ask for shower cap and never got it. The service is super slow whether it is room service, banquet service, or restaurant service. you will get a cup of tea in 20 mins and nobody will look at your table to see if its cleaned and have proper utensils.
Overall I will not suggest the resort to anyone

Spent a couple of nights at the Della Resorts, Lonavala during the Diwali holidays. Had booked the 4 bedroom villa for the price of a luxury five star hotel. Given the fact that most of the adventure park activities were non operational, one expected the prices to be lower than what we paid. Notwithstanding that, we arrived at noon on a week day. The reception was fairly crowded, with adoption of safety precautions being strictly optional and person dependent. People moved around casually without masks and the resort personnel were hospitable enough to allow them to do so, without any effort to strictly enforce any safety precaution or social distancing. The reception staff, though were courteous and the check in was a smooth exercise. We got our villa by 2.30 pm and it was still being sanitised when we reached there, which was good, as we could ourselves see that sanitisation protocols were being followed for the stay. The rooms were plain and bit worn out, requiring major refurbishing. The mattress in all rooms had caved in by the sides, not becoming of a resort which charges such premium for a stay. The restaurants served decent food, both lunch and dinner. The breakfast experience was another scary tale. Overcrowded with queues to get a table, with complete collapse of social distancing and safety precautions, this was a game of Russian Roulette with Covid. Many guests having paid such hefty amounts for a stay, excercised their democratic right to go without masks. The staff did make attempts to get some order with partial success. In needs to be mentioned that the staff across all places in the resort were courteous and attentive.
Overall, the resort is a beautiful property, a bit run down and without the adventures activities seem not worth its value. Mixed feelings of the place, maybe we need to go back post Covid with the adventure activities fully operational to make a more balanced evaluation of the place.

So we visited the property 2 days ago for a night. And since we’re all staying in our homes due to the lockdown we thought of treating ourselves to a mini getaway. The experience from check in to the room was horrible. I’m sure there aren’t many rooms occupied. But there was a technician and a housekeeping staff in our room while we entered. Do you’ll give keys to your guests while staff isn’t done cleaning and getting the room ready? We travelled for 2 and half hours to get there and we just wanted to eat food and rest for while so we could enjoy the evening. The entrance of our room was filled with dry bird poop. I’m sure you guys are fully equipped for handling that kind of mess? Or maybe just didn’t want to do it? Our bathtub was damaged and dirty with a couple of hair strands in it. There were marks on it. And While we sat for breakfast the next morning, I requested the team to give me two coffees as takeaway since we were heading back home. And we were denied that. Such a “grand hotel” couldn’t give me 2 cups of coffee as takeaway. (I wasn’t asking for something extraordinary. Just 2 cups of coffee as takeaway from the buffet breakfast as it was a part of our package) Considering the guests must be travelling back home? Cause I’m sure you guys must be aware you get most of the crowd from Pune and Mumbai. I was utterly shocked. I’ve travelled internationally as well. This was the first time someone denied me takeaway coffee from the buffet breakfast. (Not a big deal again, it’s the little things that matter?)

So at the outset, the biggest positive is the beauty of the property. It’s on a large area, and very intricately curated space for Mumbai’s elite , if I may add.
The food in the restaurants is delicious, the restaurant service is prompt. We got a chance to listen in to a live singer too who was amazing.
The rooms- we had a luxury something room, the second in category price wise. While the room was well designed, and the beds were comfortable, the space was cramped with bulky furniture. The bathroom was exceptional, and almost equal to the size of the room.
Experience wise, they supposedly allot you an experience manager who takes any questions you have , makes bookings for you and maybe makes you feel good. We did have one allotted at the time of check in but she said she was at lunch and will meet us later. That later never happened in our two night stay. She was connected with me on WhatsApp only to upsell their packages for whiskey tasting, wine tasting and what not.
We had dogs with us, so we requested the carpets be removed from our room around four times to different people at the resort till we finally got someone to come to the room and roll up the carpet till the bed, because apparently it was too non-standard of a request.
It was my husband’s birthday and we’d booked a two night stay. Assuming it will be packed on the weekend I got it for a Thursday and Friday night so we wouldn’t have to deal with the rush. That was a good call because they can’t seem to handle the rush even with the massive staff.
It seems it didn’t really matter to them that it was my husbands birthday, nobody even wished him, even though the experience manager knew about it.
We tried their whiskey tasting which was a bit of a let down, we expected some exotic whiskeys but we’d already tried all the ones they had.
We also had a couples spa therapy which was good, the masseuses were very polite and professional.
At the buffet on the second day of my stay I was by myself at the cafe where they usually keep the buffet, and was seated with my breakfast. One of their staff, a lady, actually made me get up from my table, while I was eating, to accommodate another couple who said they were there first - even though there was nothing on the table to indicate it was taken. I was then moved to a corner table, the last one they had on the outside near the pool. The lady did not even stop to ask me if I needed anything. Extremely frustrating and embarrassing experience that I wouldn’t have thought to have at such an upmarket place.
During checkout , which took around 45 mins, I was asked how my experience was by another lady staff to whom I narrated my ordeal , and instead of an apology, I got a meek ‘ok’. The guy at the checkout conveniently forgot that I’d made a prepayment of 5000, which I was told was a standard practice at the time of checkin. If it is standard, how can you forget it during checkout formalities? The total amount payable was communicated incorrectly by the guy twice. If I didn’t have presence of mind I would have been charged over, I’m sure without regret.
Having voiced this, I will say, it has been built with a lot of effort, they take a lot of care too, but the staff lacks the maturity that the price tag warrants.

Please don't book a stay here and waste your money, time and experience.
While my stay was average, my experience at Cafe 24 for breakfast was extremely disappointing. We arrived at 9 am and were told to sit either inside or by the poolside, the hall inside was jam packed with innumerable people and there was no place to sit. Keeping in mind the ongoing pandemic and the shortage of space, we sat by the pool. We sat there for 20 mins in the scorching heat, the staff didn't even offer water or even provide us with basic cutlery.
We went inside with the food plate in our hand and requested the staff there for a table and told them how we weren't even served water to which we were told that 'we don't serve outside if you're sitting outside then you have to figure everything by yourself' then we again requested him for a table. After 5 mins of discussion with plates still in our hand, the staff member took us to the section upstairs and ghosted us for 20 mins and left us standing. We had to request an already seated family to make space for us.
He kept on looking at us from the corner but didn't borther to come and acknowledge us.
When after the breakfast we went down to speak to the restaurant manager, he argued saying the hotel is running on full capacity so he can't accommodate us and we should understand him. He was unapologetic about being unable to offer water and cutlery. He blamed us for not waiting for the table. (He never assured us of providing any table inside or asked us to wait). The two of the members were aggressive, rude and unapologetic and insulted and humiliated us, made faces at us.
I don't know why and how we deserved any of this! We as guests who have paid their room tarriff and breakfast tarriff just wanted some basic respect, hospitality and food.

The food was cold. The waffles which were offered to us were pre cooked waffles and the chef heated them for 2 seconds on the tava before giving it to us in the plate. There was no cutlery again!

He kept on looking at us from the corner but didn't borther to come and acknowledge us.
When after the breakfast we went down to speak to the restaurant manager, he argued saying the hotel is running on full capacity so he can't accommodate us and we should understand him. He was unapologetic about being unable to offer water and cutlery. He blamed us for not waiting for the table. (He never assured us of providing any table inside or asked us to wait). The two of the members were aggressive, rude and unapologetic and insulted and humiliated us, made faces at us.
I don't know why and how we deserved any of this! We as guests who have paid their room tarriff and breakfast tarriff just wanted some basic respect, hospitality and food.
Food:
The food was cold. The waffles which were offered to us were pre cooked waffles and the chef heated them for 2 seconds on the tava before giving it to us in the plate. There was no cutlery again!
It is the worst and the most inhospitable hotel I have ever come across!

1. We were sceptical before booking this property because of the price. But I’m glad we chose to visit this place!
2. It has a theme park as the centre of attraction, and the rest of the resort is designed around that…the reception, restaurants and room.
3. The rooms are beautiful. Well planned and spacious. Good attention to detail. Even their basic rooms have a hot tub. And I believe every room has a balcony. Mine did.
4. It’s got 03 different restaurants and every one is unique with an excellent set of menu which is bound to leave you impressed.
5. Huge shout out to Mrs Pramila, the manager here. She somehow manages to look into every guest’s comfort personally and puts you at ease immediately. No wonder the team at this resort does a wonderful job with her at the helm,
6. My suggestion would be to order the room service well in advance because the rooms are sprawled out across a humongous area. One incident worth mentioning is that we received cold food in our room, and on complaining the restaurant manager got it replaced within 15 minutes and gave us a complementary sundae too. He even apologised personally. Such incidents go a long way to show the dedication the staff has towards the customers.
7. The theme park…well beyond fun for all ages. That is the best way to summarise it! Totally worth it.

Visited Della Resorts in July and had a terrible check in experience. In spite of calling in advance and checking on the room type, we were allocated a wrong type of room. Check in staff was indifferent that we had paid for a higher grade room and kept on saying that the resort is fully booked so no changes can done.
Though the resort itself is nice, the adventure facilities are chargable as a package even though you dont want to do most of them. We were not informed of this during the booking inspite of checking multiple times.
Would recommend ensuring in writing in advance what is available and making sure you get what you book.

No idea !! this is very unique question ! India this not sure whether it is halal or other !! Who is looking this kind of things I recommend stay in house only !!
Not needed, you can do directly from there only, jf you get a scheme while booking do it
They have Luxury rooms, tents, Villas , Suites.... Better to contact them to see photos
