Great villa, wonderful location, delicious meals, scooter rental available (so useful and awesome to have), beautiful, friendly and hospitable staff! I prefer this time of year, low season and very little tourists. Converse with the locals, and you'll meet and get to know amazing people! Staying at the beachfront villa is absolutely wonderful, it's nice to see the fishing boats...

We had a good stay at the Palm Gardens, it was far enough away from the resort for a relaxing break but just a scooter ride from any of the amenities that you needed. Beach front location meant easy access to the snorkelling and equidistant from the Shipwreck and Coral reef. We ate in the restaurant on our first night...

We did not stay here but I had a pedicure in the spa, at $15 + tax not cheap by Balinese standards but good enough for us. We staid in the hotel next door only one night as we found it very noisy with motorbikes going up and down the steep road. The beach is also nothing exceptional and the...

Not the easiest place to get to, but a fantastic get away from the grind of daily life. Lovely beachfront with local fishermen activity, and shallow reef for snorkeling just 30-50m out from the resort shoreline with the tide going out. The service was fantastic, coupled with good food, and good balinese massage, we'll definitely be considering going back -...

We stayed at Palm Garden Amed for four nights arriving 26th December 2016 before going to Nusa Lembongan. We sayed in Standard Garden room # 1 close to the receoption area and it was absolutely perfect. I would imagine that the deluxe rooms and suites must be amazing because the standard room itself was beautiful and very clean with a...

My wife and I stayed in a beachfront bungalow with private pool for five nights. The boutique hotel is not directly in the centre of Amed, but a bit further on the coastal road. We were welcomed with drinks and offered a lovely honeymoon package (free massages, a bottle of wine and a beautifully made up room). The room was...

Great little place for luxury and relaxation as much of the lodgings in Amed are budget end. Secluded once you are inside, and small but perfectly formed, with beach access and a gap in the reef directly in front of the property. Negatives/good to know: Staff with one exception were functional but seemed bored and uninterested which was at odds...

We really loved this resort and could tell that a lot of love and care has gone into creating it and also sustaining it. The garden is beautiful and the pool area the perfect place to unwind and relax with a view of the ocean. The food was unexpectedly amazing- the prawn coconut and papaya curry was the best curry...

Beautiful resort with wonderful staff. We stayed in Beach front villa with own pool.(no 9)which was the best accom. I was disappointed with the snorkeling-close to the shore it was very poor.I was told it was good 2 to 3 hundred meters out. Not for an elderly lone snorkeler. It is 2half hrs from Ubud & more than 3hrs to Kuta. The...
