Affordable rooms with AC and decent wifi and I was in a room towards the back of the property. Nice porch area with places to sit. Close to the beach, and friendly staff. The pool is ok and nice enough for a quick dip when it's hot out. The grounds are beautiful. I had breakfast included and it was decent,...

The hotel lacks staff which care about the quest- 1* at most. Room 5 Broken tap in bathroom with water leaking on floor, handfuls of dust on shelves, cold water only, missing pieces of outdoor furniture. No cleanup during 3 days of stay. We have purchased speed boat tickets to Gili Meno from the owner/manager of the hotel. On the...

Booked online with friends for 400K IDR pn per room. Rolled up with car full of gear, and had problems parking. The free parking tends to be blocked by motorbikes and the next door / attached dive shops car. So nearly every time we had to move the motorbikes. Nice staff, but there were no guys when we arrived, so...

Found this by chance from just walking through Amed, originally booked 1 night but stayed 3. Good value for money. Beautifully set bungalows with a nice pool and well kept garden area. Rooms were spacious enough for 3 of us with massive bathroom, hot water etc. Good location, in the centre of Amed, close to restaurants and not too far...

Stayed there one night and did not like the service. I think the price for the bungalow is too high. Very small swimming pool you barely can swim. I found the room uncleaned and the bed sheets were not really fresh. There is no hot water and wifi in bungalows.

I've just scanned through the traveller photos before writing my review and I can barely believe it's the same hotel - you very much get what you pay for here. I bought a 'deluxe' room which turned out to be one of the dreaded number 12 rooms. The basic shell of the bungalow is the same but the bathroom looked...

We stayed here in a luxury cottage when diving with Baruna Dive Centre (great dive operater) mainly for the convenience. Luxury does just mean aircon and hot water but the cottage was clean and comfortable and only $50 a night with a breakfast provided. Breakfast was either a pancake or an egg with coffee or tea but it was enough...

We came to Amed for diving with Baruna (they are excellent) and chose these tidy budget accommodations for price and proximity. I will be honest. We almost opted to stay somewhere a bit more posh on the beach. So glad we decided to stay put. Not on the beach but a decent plunge pool and spacious cottages with loads of...

It's an Ok place to stay...but that's it..run and managed in a fairly unprofessional way..ok if you have one of the cheaper rooms and don't intend being around all day and just want a place to sleep..the staff are friendly enough but sit around most of the time smoking...don't book the luxury rooms here as they are far from that...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Citra Lestari Cottages are located on the main road in Amed, Bali, Indonesia. We opened our Inn in May of 2011 and we have 2 standard and 3 deluxe bungalows. Our deluxe bungalows feature air conditioning and hot water whereas the standard bungalows have ceiling fans and cold water. The bathrooms are done in traditional Balinese style, meaning that each bathroom is in a private outdoor courtyard. This is quite comfortable as the average temperature in Amed ranges from 28-32 C. All bedrooms feature thick queen sized mattresses. Our Inn is located across the street from the beach (~35 meters). There is a nice healthy reef right off the beach and we have snorkeling equipment available for rental. ... more   less
