Room was clean but old and tired looking. Breakfast was very basic. Price is expensive for what you get. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you. Hotel is centrally located and close to everything. The place has gone down hill since we last stayed, our room was given a basic clean every day,...

I have never stayed anywhere bad enough that I felt I needed to write a review. Spend your money elsewhere. The room was damp. Black patches on ceiling. Couldn't unpack as wardrobe smelt so bad. We asked for upgrade and was charged another $100. For a room exactly the same. Food was dull. Not worth a visit to restaurant. Staff...

I love people and staff we're so helpful and went out Thier way to help. Best time at the Melasti Legian Beach Resort & Spa. I will definitely go back stay when I go back in 2018. They are the cleanest place I stayed in.

This is my second review of this hotel. I arrived late like my first visit and was put in a upstairs room although requesting ground floor again. The hotel told me they did not have my booking the next day so there was a mix up there. the travel agent blamed the hotel. the hotel blamed the travel agent. Once...

Stayed at the Melasti Legian - room great but disappointed in service. Breakfast is very ordinary - if you don't like eggs difinitely don't come. Bacon only served ocassionally, good choice if you are into noodles and rice, or dishes not usually consumed by Aussies for breakfast. Pan cakes only occassionally. Breakfast is from 7am to 10am but staff usually...

We recently stayed here, but before the negative I would like to say how friendly the staff are, they are very polite and attentive to your needs. Our cleaner named Made was lovely and did a great job cleaning our room, and Ketut the bellboy was always very helpful too. Now to the negative. We booked a deluxe room and...

We've been to Bali many times. This hotel is what many other guests describe "past it's use by date".. However....... the staff were amazing. We arrived before Christmas and stayed until Jan 8. The staff were so accommodating, friendly, helpful etc. I really can't say enough good things about them. At the New Year's Eve party, After the count down,...

Have been coming to Bali for over 30 years. The Melasti is way past it's used by date. Rooms very tired (and we paid for an upgrade!!). Breakfast is very poor and staff very slow at refilling containers. Rats were visible on the grounds. The staff were generally good. Overall would recommend people choose another location.

Room was tidy, bathroom was ok. The renovations are decent. The pool is tired and so is the restaurant where you eat breakfast. Breakfast is very limited and not very tasty. Staff were friendly. It was what we needed until we left for Nusa Dua. Make sure you book directly through the hotel as the cost is less than half...

Must have stayed here about 15 times. Never again it's passed it's used by date for us Rooms are disgusting breakfast is woeful and staff are the worst I've experienced it's the only hotel on the strip that doesn't allow people access to beach. Was calling in to see friends and told by security they would show us to reception....
