Wonderful holiday in great location. Hotel was clean, could do with a little update but on the whole perfect. Staff were wonderful, couldn't be more helpful, and happy, happy all the time. No wonder its call the island of the happy people. Will be coming back for sure

Very happy with the hotel. Not far from the airport and close to the beach. Reception was helpful and the air con works very well. If your on a tight budget give it a look. It had a pool and a good bar. Close to other bars aswel

Air conditioning was very effective. You''ll need to turn it down to acclimatise. We were in a room round the back, which wasn't as modernised as some of the others and although it didn't have a view of the garden did mean we weren't disturbed by the live band (which were pretty good).

Great hotel, it was very clean and friendly staff and a fantastic location. Enjoyed my stay there. I would recommend it to other travellers. They also helped to organise a trip to the nearby temples which was reasonably priced.

We arrived after a long journey from Heathrow, London. We arrived to see the wrong room had been booked, we got over it though, we were jet lagged and just wanted to sleep so it wasn't the end of the world having a twin instead of a double. We then discovered how disgusting the bathroom was, my boyfriend actually refused...

First positive, the staff are lovely. Always willing to help with any queries I had. Second positive is it's a relatively cheap place to stay. Third positive is the location, very near the beach and right in the middle of Legian. It's also close enough to walk down to Kuta or up to Seminiak. Fourth positive are the rooms are...

Second time staying here. Last time a bit disappointed in room upkeep so decided to pay for Balinese room which was one of the more expense rooms. About same price as luxury. Again pretty disappointed in the rooms. The beds and pillows were rock hard and bathroom was scary. (Also very short bed so if tall don't stay in traditional...

Very friendly staff and most helpful with everything. Breakfast could be a bit more imaginative but adequate. Very central to bars, restaurants and shops.the beach only a few minutes walk away.
