The place looks really quaint and the pool is fab. The hoard of animals running around are adorable! Nice banana pancakes for breakfast! Staff service mixed, but would improve greatly with better English, they can seem quite rude at times. Rooms clean, basic and cosy. Doors not very secure but I dont think this is a huge probem in Padang... More

This placed looked nice and fairly clean and the staff friendly enough. However, the manager later came to speak to us to dispute a price previously agreed with the staff. He was unreasonable and aggressive, and even challenged one of our group members (a passive person) to a fight outside! Ruined the atmosphere of our stay. The place was full... More

To our opinion Alola Inn is good for a short stay. We stayed here one night. Upon arrival the staff showed us our room but did not provide us with any further explanation or smile. They were not really friendly or helpful. Our room was basic but ok. The pool is a good place to relax. Breakfast was good.

From the moment you walk in you realise that this place is something different, in the best way possible. The hospitality and warmth of the family running this place is what makes it. The cottages themselves are fairly simple but have a comfortable bed, some storage and a western style bathroom. The whole place is spotlessy clean and in four... More

I stayed there for one night, before i took the ferry over to Lombok. All in all a good accommodation for a short stay. Rooms are ok. Coming with an good bathroom, mosquito net and a fan. Mine was generally clean. The pool is clean too, and the best thing: it's cool. Wifi is only available around the pool. The... More

Alola Inn has basic clean rooms and a very nice pool. The small rooms seem a bit dark, but the airconditioned ones are fine. The owners are friendly people, one of them likes to joke around. We also enjoyed the four dogs and fourteen cats, who wander arround peacefully. You can walk to the beach in ten minutes. Alola Café... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in total. Loved the place. Clean rooms for a variety of budgets. Great pool and lounging area. Marco and his family are all super friendly and attentetive. Good breakfast included in the price. They also own a restaurant in town which does great food. Really close to town without being right in the mix and... More

Perfect place to chill for a few days in Padangbai. Near enough to town and far enough away to avoid the noise and bustle. Short walk to Bias Tegul Beach. There is a choice of rooms surrounding the gardens and excellent pool. The food is great, but the best feature is Marco and his family and staff who go out... More
