Amazing holiday we had at Samsara! From the check in, during the stay, till check out. All the staff were lovely and friendly and always greeted us with smiles and even by name! Breakfast was super fresh and delicious. The pool villa is amazing!! Definitely the place to stay in Bali for beautiful room and excellent service!!!

Want to go somewhere special with someone special? This is it. Located in a quiet valley north of Ubud, the impeccable service makes you feel a million dollars. Lovely spacious, beautifullly appointed private villas. Private heated plunge pool, fabulously comfy bed with pillow menu! Gorgeous bathroom with everything you could wish for. Day spa magically set at the bottom of the valley surrounded by tranquil waterfall & river. Really good food. Any tour or activity can be catered for & free shuttle to and from Ubud (about 30 mins away). We had 5 days with relaxation our number one perogative which was achieved but could have stayed longer!

Absolutely outstanding hotel. We loved every second of our stay here. Every little thing had been thought of - our villa was perfect, spotlessly clean, every single member of staff was super friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely spectacular. We tried the rendang, the Balinese chicken and tuna salads, the pizza, spaghetti bolognese, steak and burgers. Every single thing we ate was so, so delicious! We also tried the Berry Chill cocktail on our first night here and they were so good that we then ordered them at every opportunity. If you stay here, definitely try it! Our private pool was amazing too and we enjoyed swimming in it day and night. The attention to detail at this hotel is so amazing that they made sure the pool was the perfect temperature at all times of the day. Overall this was the best hotel we've ever stayed at and we regularly stay at 5 star hotels so the Samsara had tough competition. We had the best time ever, we'll definitely be back.…

Simply the best! Incredible location, super private rooms, fantastic food, amazing massage, very attentive customer service. The rooms have private pool so you can enjoy tanning without the swimsuit. Definitely try the food in their restaurant. YOU HAVE TO COME HERE

We stayed for a glorious 2 weeks at Samsara!! I can't say enough good things about it!! You can feel that its not corporate owned. It has this feel of sweet, laid back elegance that immediately made me expect it was locally owned. (And it is!) The grounds are magical jungle. There are beautiful views from everywhere. They have thought of everything!! There are universal outlets in the rooms. The room darkening curtains overlap each other in the middle, so there's no gap! The rooms are stocked with a coffee press! The bed is super comfortable and they give you a handful of different kinds of pillows. It's the best sleeping!! The restaurant is fantastic. It's not your ordinary "hotel food." And the staff!!! The Balinese people are sweet and kind, and this staff is exceptionally so. The moment we arrived we were "welcomed home" and so it felt. Tari, Ludhe, Yogi, and Amel to name a few. We had learned some basic Indonesian before coming, and the staff taught us Balinese! We did yoga every morning with Eka. We enjoyed the Balinese massage. Everything is done with care and thought down to the details. However long you stay will not be long enough. …

Budi’s painting class was excellent! He taught us how to draw and paint in the traditional Balinese style with jade made tools. Really relaxing, engaging, and enjoyable. A unique experience! Definitely recommend!

Room came with free massage and we took the chance to relax with the ambient sound of waterfall at the back ground and natural wind, out masseuse ayu and veni were attentive to our needs and provided excellent pressure to sooth our nerves. best of all they gave me citrus and gelanggal tea to sooth my throat after they heard me cough during massage! How thoughtful!

Samsara ubud in the heart of Payangan jungle in Bali, located at Kelusa village, is an amazing dwelling place that would take you to complete serenity. The hotel has constructed on hill domain toward the jungle and you can enjoy the astonishing views of pristine environment. Voices of nature including sounds of village like roosters singing and pigs snoring, birds twitter, waterfall gurgling alongside the rain pouring in the heart of Payangan are playing with your heart and soul. You can also enjoy the sounds of nature during getting massage in the Spa center of hotel. The hotel is small and consisted of 11 private villa with heated pool in each villa. The restaurant of hotel is unique in my opinion due to it's extraordinary foods and high quality cuisine.

This place is magical!! It’s tucked right in the jungle surrounded by a waterfall and the staff are so friendly and pleasant! Every detail is taken care of it feels very zen and luxurious. My Balinese massage by Desak was perfection, highly recommend all of it!!
