Love the pool. No chlorine - just salt. Amazing service. Super friendly kind service. Beautiful lush gardens - like being in the jungle. The deluxe bungalows are so worth the extra price. Wow. And the beach is so amazing with the reconditioned reef right off the shore. This is my favorite place in North Bali!

Pondok Sari is what I consider a classic Asian (dive) resort and an excellent one of its kind. A beautifully laid out compound decorated with Balinese art work. Big, functional rooms with outdoor bath rooms - taking a shower in the morning with a view to a clear blue sky and palm trees never grows old on you. The beachside...

The property was beautiful, the rooms were incredible with fresh flowers every day. The front desk staff however, was not as accommodating as EVERYWHERE else I went in Bali. When we asked for ice, we were told to get it ourselves. When we asked for WiFi (which was supposedly widely available), we were basically told we had to sit on...

It is the second time we stayed at the Pondok Sari. We enjoyed it a lot. Everything has a concept and has been made with a lot of passion and love to the detail. It is a great place for diving as well as for tranquility far away from the crowds of Bali. The service and the staff are extremely...

The hotel is located at one of the few areas where you can enter the water to swim and snorkel at Pemuteran bay. Most of the bay has rocks & coral, at the hotel you have sand and can enter safe. The bungalows, some with 2 rooms, other duplex for families are all built in a dense and beautiful green...

Pondok Sari is a carefully designed and exquisitely executed arrangement of traditional (Balinese or Javanese) bungalows set along lushly landscaped meandering paths leading to the pool and beach. We had a deluxe bungalow which was much larger than we needed. The bungalows are set back from the road, so there is none of the road noise prevalent in many other...

4 of us stayed just one night in two of the Standard bungalows, but we could have stayed for a week. After a long, nearly 5 hour drive in Balinese traffic (NOT for the inexperienced driver - or faint of heart - a HUGE thank you to our friends who live there for driving!) from Seminyak to Pemuteran, the tranquil...

Pondok Sari is set in a beautiful garden that leads to big shady trees on the beach. It's close to lots of great Warungs and snorkeling. The restaurant has great food and the staff are very friendly. There is a dive shop on site which is handy but i found it to be expensive, I would recommend shopping around to...

You know, I loved this place. Locals were real, not the phony servitude types. They were very helpful, knowledgeable and did their jobs to perfection, no matter what it was. Pemuteran is a quiet, small village on a bay on the northwest coast of Bali. If you want to learn how to scuba dive, their dive shop at the hotel...
