Wonderful time at this hotel! Best service I have had in a long time, the staff is incredible, helpful, professional, warm and friendly. Beautiful installations and great food. I highly recommend it. Will come back in a flash!

I stayed here for 5 very enjoyable nights. The rooms are huge, bathrooms gigantic with large bathtubs. Loved the huge king size beds too. The hotel is a bit older, however, for the price and great service it simply can't be beat. It's a bit far from Ubud, but the hotel offers a free shuttle (limited times) to/from Ubud. Great...

Our stay at Alam Sari was absolutely incredible. It was the best service I have ever experienced at a hotel. I would highly recommend the traditional Balinese cooking class with Dewa (not sure on spelling). We went to his house where he and his wife, his children, his parents AND his grandparents lived. He explained about what a housing complex...

We spent 8 nights at Alam Sari. Loved how it was away from the hustle and bustle of Bali's busy tourist areas. It sits 20 mins outside of Ubud. Free shuttle services operate every 2 hour to Ubud's market. Most of the villas overlook the lovely swimming pool. The staff there couldn't do enough for us. The breakfasts which are...

We spend 3 nights of 4 at Alam Sari, just outside Ubud during our honeymoon, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Our hosts, Wayan and Tijer went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They organized scooters, booked cycle tours, river rafting, spa treatments, taxi transfers, recommended local warungs to eat at, as well...

What's not to like about Alam Sari ? Although we had a room cock-up on arrival after a long day traveling from Qatar, the hotel accepted it was their error, and sorted it out. The place is a delight with staff competing for biggest smile of the day and always looking to be helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and...

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 8 nights in September 2016 and have to say it was the most amazing holiday we ever had. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms had flower garden in it. The hotel is set in the middle of rain forest with a village nearby....

Nice budget hotel. A bit far out. A shuttle is provided about six times a day (free) however the last one is at 7:30 pm. Some of the shows etc end later than that. It takes about 20-30 minutes to drive to/from Ubud depending on the traffic. The resort is a little aged and more like a 2* however the...

Me and my partner stayed here for 5 nights and couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. The hotel grounds were beautiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times which was delicious and the breakfast was perfect also. The hotel organised various activities for us which was so helpful. Would definitely recommend the white...

Very nice hotel, with lovely clean rooms, great service, a good location and good food. Few highlights: The hotel organised cabs for us to get around Ubud to see all of the attractions, they also provided breakfast boxes when we were leaving the hotel before breakfast. And a lovely view from the hotel room just as the pictures show.
