This was our best vacation so far. We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everything from the beginning to the end was perfectly executed. The food was excellent. The water villa was a dream, very nicely decorated, the bed was super comfortable and the view was simply perfection. The whole resort is very well maintained. We enjoyed the sunset cruise very much and also all of the dives. Not to mention super fun evening entertainment with the live band. We loved our stay so much we even prolonged it for one additional week. Would love to come back.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed 8 nights with 2 young kids and everyone had a AMAZING time. We will definitely be back and would not hesitate to come back without the kids! Island ambiance: The island is sufficiently large to have an hour long walk in the morning to get some steps and equally small enough to be able to easily walk to a restaurant, bar or the beach from your room (there are facilities across the island with 3 swimming pools, 3 main full board restaurants, many ala carte restaurants/bars and two dive shops. House Reef: Snorkling from the jetty at the end of the Island was easily accessible, beautiful and picturesque. We saw all the kinds of fish you can imagine including a Turtle!! There were also dolpins near the reef one of the days that you could see and hear. Restaurants: The food on the island was exceptional and matches any 5 star hotel we have been to!! We tried the ala carte a couple of times which was top-class but we mostly ate at the main restaurant as part of full-board. The fullboard restaurant put on an amazing spread of food at each of breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was fresh, varied and caters to all pallets. The deserts were equally out of this world!! Rooms: The rooms are very well maintained, spacious and equipped to cater to any guests needs. We stayed in a two bed beach house which was just perfect with kids and made the whole experience so easy – the rooms are massive and allow for the perfect get away where the kids get their own separate room. The room opens up to the white sand and the lagoon – private beach beds are there too for you to use. The rooms are cleaned twice a day to an exceptional standard and the staff were always very thorough in their approach. Kids Club: the BEST KIDS club we have ever seen. Having seen many kids clubs over the years, Bageecha Kids Club is in a league of its own. The manager Sara and her staff really make the kids feel welcome. The activities are all hands on and activity based. Our kids did painting, dancing, drawing, swimming, beach walks etc etc …… we had to litterally drag them out at the end of the day and they did not want to come with us. The facilities are top-noch and they provide a baby sitter at a reasonable price for under 3yr olds. It was amazing to have a couple of hours (sometimes more) of adult time while the kids had a great time in the club. Staff: All the staff members at the hotel from the concierge, house keeping, restaurants, kids club, diving shop and all other places were so welcoming and helpful. The hotel really made you feel at home and this added a special touch. COVID awareness: The hotel clearly had implemented excellent preventative measures to make everyone feel safe and give peace of mind. This place will blow your mind with the variety of food available (both in buffet and Ala Carte), the activities/services offered on the island and if traveling with kids, the Bageecha Kids Club will really give you peace of mind to be able to relax and know your kids are in excellent hands & having a great time!!!

We recently returned from our second visit to Kuramathi in the last 5 months - we were not disappointed and are pleased to say that the impeccable standard & experience we had in November was repeated - top notch customer service, rooms, food, drinks and of course the all important kids dream of Bageecha Kids Club!! While we went as a family with 2 young kids, it is important to note we would return here in a heart beat without the kids!! Snorkling: We did considerably more snorkling during this visit - we swam on the reef with dolphins, turtles, reef sharks and all sorts of other fish you can imagine. We had a room on the reef side so we could simply paddle out from the beach in front of our room. Bring a Go-Pro or some sort of underwater camera to document the experience!! Food: We had opted for the full-board package and were therefore allocated the Farivalhu buffet restaurant. You will not be disappointed with the variety, quality and freshness of the food served at every meal. We stayed for nine (9) nights and were never disappointed nor did we feel that the food was repetitive. Top quality food which is on par or exceeds standard of 5 star buffet restaurant in Dubai. The a la carte restaurants are exceptional but we didn't get to try them on this occasion. Room: Once again we were in a 2-bed beach house which is super spacious and could accommodate 6 adults. It is a two story structure with massive living space on each floor, massive bathroom and situated directly on the beach with your own private beach chairs in front. For families, there will be very few hotels that could offer such a unique living arrangement and is one of the reason we came back! The rooms are cleaned daily and the staff are extremely attentive to ensure the room is spotless upon your return. Island experience: We explored the island some more this time - its about 1.2km in length which means you are able to do your morning jogs from one end to the other. The white sandbar at the end of the Island is mind blowing- and spectacular, beautiful spot to park yourself, watch the world go by and take some memorable photos. At the other end of the island they have one of 3 swimming pools (2 of which are infinity) - it is very close to the jetty where the beginner snorkling is done and the swimming pool amongst the palm trees in front of the white sand it just WOW! There are several restaurants/bars around it where you can order food or refreshments. In between these two points there are many bars, restaurants, coffee club, spa and swimming pools which offer a great ambiance. Evening entertainment: The island has a cracking band which plays at the various bars/restaurants. We decided to briefly watch the band at Laguna bar on this visit and were very impressed. These guys have incredible voices, play any cover on request and really get the crowd going with their enthusiasm. Again, a very nice added touch for those that want to listen to some live music in paradise! Bageecha Kids Club - For those with kids, this is a priceless gem of a feature of the resort. The staff at this club are just phenomenal and give you every peace of mind that the kids are happy & in good hands. The kids club has lunch and dinner available during the course of the day and will facilitate baby sitting for younger kids (from a couple of months) for a very reasonable hourly fee. The kids will be doing painting, crafting, dress-up costumes, beach walks, cooking/bbq experience, visit the ocean life educational center amongst the many other activities. The club also has a dedicated swimming pool with slides along with a splash park for the toddlers. Imagine this: family breakfast finished 10:30am, drop off kids at Bageecha at 11am, adult time of cocktails by pool followed by a peaceful lunch. This is followed by having to drag the kids out of the kids club at 2pm because they enjoy it so much and want to stay longer. This place is what makes the resort for families!! Overall a very pleasant experience and one we would like to repeat. This resort is like nonother that we have stayed at and one we would recommend to anyone!!

After much anticipation and anxiety due to Covid times, me and my best friend finally decided to go ahead with our long pending “girls trip” to Maldives. The gorgeous setting of the resort, the amazing hospitality and yummylicious food - there’s everything to fall in love about the place! Special mention to the hygiene standards & precautionary measures taken the resort - which were of utmost standards. So glad we selected Kuramathi Maldives for our stay! ❤️

We are so happy we found this island and made this choice for our holidays in the Maldives! Everything from the beginning to the end of our vacation was perfect! The island is big and abundant in nature! It is so beautiful, you can not believe your eyes! There are many options for snorkeling places and for just relaxing at the beach or pool, or enjoying your pina colada with a perfect view. Everywhere you go, the happy vibe and magical nature follows you. The island is big but you feel like it is only yours... it is not crowded at all! You see people only during dinner time and still is not loud or uncomfortable. People who are working in Kuramathi are very friendly and happy! We would like to say special thanks to Shujau, Naushad and Aafaag. The bar attendant Mahesh makes the best pina coladas! The waiter Mauroof made us feel special and made a nice surprise for us. Chanadana is an artist in the eggs station - he can make perfect eggs of your choice. Thank you guys! You made our stay very nice and comfortable! We had a water villa with all inclusive package. I believe in this island any villa is nice, but all inclusive is a must! The sunsets on the sandbank are very beautiful! The snorkeling around the island is fantastic! You can find such a beautiful and colorful water-world there: different sizes and colors of fish, turtles, black tip sharks and many more... It is just amazing! The only suggestion I would make : to increase the frequency of buggy rides. We had fantastic and happy time in Kuramathi Maldives and can’t wait to come back! Definitely will recommend to our friends!
