Scheduled a lake view room with WiFi months in advance. When we arrived, our reserved room was no longer available and there was only WiFi in one (1) common area. The room we were offered look out upon a residential house. The major problem we had was that they wanted to charge us the lake view price even though each...

The location is near the Gregory lake and the view is very nice. Very good service. It is great if they can prepare the breakfast little bit earlier. This will save our time to visit locations and enjoy the trip.

We found this hotel a bit to far out of Nuwarra Eliya. The room was clean and spacious but very noisy and I was kept awake with the guests staying above. The breakfast was very basic while other guests seemed to be being served a banquet. Next time l would stay closer to town as there was a festivals on

When our group reached the hotel our bus could not go to the hotel as the road is narrow. We walked about 100 metres uphill. Lobby was looking like a hostel. Though three floored could not find a lift as there was none. Room allotted was spacious with a nuce view of the lake. No telephone. No kettle and tea/coffee...

We stayed in a triple room on 30 March. Our room was a tea farm view one.The room was small with bad smell. Breakfast was limited but OK. We didn't find the staff friendly specially on arrival. Bath room was clean and spacious.

We chose this hotel as it seemed to be the best choice of the 5 we visited on arriving in Nuwara Eliya, our room had a great view across the lake and was a good size. The bathroom was also a good size but not very clean when you started looking. There was no air conditioning but it didn't matter...

The room was clean and relatively good hotel. And the hotel was very nice overlooking the lake. And the scenery was stunning. And the way the lake was low. Was a typical breakfast at the hotel and service was average. And our room was next to the stairs and the noise was too much time commuting

Rooms vary greatly. One of the biggest problems is the lack of operable plugs/outlets; there are plenty of them, they just don't work properly. Lighting in rooms was dismal. Furniture quite old. Wi-fi works well if you're situated near router. Food is OK.

Quirky old colonial building in what the locals call "little England" probably due to the bungalows and Mock- Tudor. We only stayed last night as we're touring with a hired car & driver - the best way to get around and see the sights. Nothing exceptional, big rooms, clean bathroom, hot water, WiFi, views over Lake Gregory. Usual breakfast -...

Nice cozy hotel in Nuwara Eliya with nice, neat and clean rooms. Although the hotel is located around a tea plantation, the room in which I stayed had no view. The hotel is located near a lake which has almost dried up so not much of an advantage either. The food is good and the staff is nice and friendly....
