We were in town for a wedding and chose the Chillicothe Inn due to its proximity to the downtown wedding venue. Booked online @hotels.com for $61 after taxes. Hotel looked old from the outside. The lobby was small and dated and smelled of curry, but the front office staff was friendly and helpful. I had booked the wrong date for our... More

Not the most comfortable entrance. There were very shady people in the parking lot that were not hotel staff or guests. The entrance is small and dirty, but they were clearly remodeling. There is a nice fireplace that was being used to house file cabinets in it. Keeping the charm of the original hotel would be more inviting. We reserved... More

It was conveniently close to the historic downtown area. The bed was clean and comfortable. There was a small flat-screen TV, small refrigerator and I think a microwave. Several fast food places nearby. Definitely not the Ritz, but okay for a cheap room. It was $50 a night plus tax. I stayed 3 nights.

Cigarette burns in bed cover and on desk in a non-smoking room. Smelled like a bottle of bleach had been spilled in the room. Bathroom door wouldn't latch. One vanity light completely out. Shower pressure was so high it stung our skin and blew the shower curtain around. Bed sheets appeared to have not been washed. Will not stay here... More

This was suppose to be an inexpensive hotel, but $83 is not inexpensive. The room was disgusting, smelled like urine. Stains on the sheets and blankets, very dirty. The towels were like sandpaper. Loud, very little parking and lots of sketchy things going on there. People were out front smoking pot. There was no coffee in the morning, they claimed... More

Perfect for downtown visit. Very easy to get to downtown from the motel. Restaurants and grocery store nearby the street. Beds were very comfortable. A bit of weather stripping around the door may help keep some of the outside noise out during the evening. The room was clean and price was great.

Room smelled of urine . The beds had bugs. Showed the night manager and all he could say is i have one more room left. I asked him what makes you think i want to stay here? We left. Go spend the extra $20 and stay somewhere else.
