My husband and I visited Hot Springs, Arkansas in September 2016, We loved the little town, it so lovely and charming, Local people are very friendly with an open mind, The buildings on Central street architecturally is very appealing and there are so many cute local stores and delicious cafes and restaurants, museums and a 4D Cinema... for us the...

We decided to stay here for a Christmas get away. The hotel is full of history. If you are looking for modern this is not your place. We had a great room on the top floor with a huge tub with mineral water. The room was clean and nice but the bedding/curtains could use a little updating. Our view was...

The hotel is awful. The water constantly dripped in the shower, but when you would turn it on there was barely any water pressure. There was mold around the curtains. I would not waste my money staying here.

We did not stay at the hotel, but spent some time at the lobby bar and on the veranda. What a lovely place! The service was great; the bartender was super-friendly. And, we were delighted that they are pet friendly!

The Arlington is one of those places working hard on keeping up with the times. It's very apparent that it used to be a very luxurious hotel in past times, just by looking at the lobby, the elevator bay or the dining room with its huge chandeliers. The bedrooms we stayed at (on 7th floor) had been updated sometime in...

My husband and I stayed here over New Years. We love staying in historic hotels so we knew what we were getting into. DO NOT come here if you want to be pampered or to have nice/modern amenities. Do come if you can temper expectations and enjoy the history. Everything needs renovating - the standard king room has an old...

The Arlington is in the heart of the tourist downtown street. It is directly across the street from a park with natural hot springs, brick paved walkways and several hiking trails that lead up the mountain. There are tons of interesting shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is very old , I believe close to 100 years old,...

Historical relevance was the only bright spot. No true heat or AC. They wanted us to open window to cool off, but any child could fit through the window opening. Room was generally disgusting. Mold on ceilings. Closet smelled like a dead animal. Sink leaked. Sink was sagging in front. Three inch hole in shower floor for a drain. Broken...

We have stayed at the Arlington MANY times, but this time will probably be our last. Besides being charged MORE than we were told (not that unusual for the Arlington) we still like to stay there because of the history and ambiance. We had reserved a bath house package that included a 20 minute massage. We request a 40 minute...

Yes this hotel is in need of renovations, but I love it. This was our 3rd time coming here. At check in we mentioned we were there for our 40th Anniversary and we were upgraded to a suite. I have only one complaint about the room, it was very warm. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The...
