Charming hotel in the French Quarter. The location is very convenient to many sites in NOLA via walking, trolley or Uber. The staff was helpful and friendly and made us feel welcomed. Parking was limited and very cramped but free.

My girlfriend and I decided to stay in town for a visit and stayed at the Frenchmen hotel. This hotel is a total gem in its location, decor, and convenience. The hotel is a stone's throw from Jackson square with easy parking that spares you the hassle of French quarter parking leaving more time to enjoy the city. When I...

The location is awesome!! Loved the pool. We were so close to great music and shopping. The French quarter market is very close by. This was our 1st time and we can't wait to come back, this will be a new tradition.

We loved the place. We came to immerse ourselves in the music on Frenchman Street, so the location was perfect. So easy to run back to the room to get something or take a breather and soak in the hot pool. (The entire pool was heated, not just the small hot tub part.) The hotel is quaint & quirky and...

Shari, I believe you nailed us. We do not fit in with the, branded, blah, hotels that come with the necessity for homogenization so you've got us absolutely right. We appreciate that. Thank you for writing and we do hope to see you again. Your are our kind of guest.

This hotel is really cute on the musical strip of Nola. The rooms look out onto the courtyard which includes the pool and the hot tub. Comfortable beds, spacious room we had small bathroom only thing to be aware of is no elevator so if you're on the second level you'll be lugging that up by yourself

Amber, Thank you for writing. We appreciate it. We do enjoy our guests who love our decor. It is unfortunate that in a 2 story building we can put an elevator, but there really is no space for one. Sorry.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfy. The pool is a perfect addition to such a lovely hotel. The location is what makes this place excellent. It is in walking distance to many many things. And live music everywhere - we loved it.

There are so many great things about this hotel. It is directly off of the main street, Decatur, and right outside of the French Quarter, so you can get into the party there if you want, or stay outside of it on this historic jazz street. Complimentary breakfast is lovely and there was a complimentary bottle of wine in the...

Great little hotel- small Cozy rooms. Beautiful courtyard with a pool and hot tub accessible at all hours. Only blip was lack of hot water in the shower, but with the heat and humidity, it was welcomed!

Amlo101714, Thanks for writing. Depending on where you are in relation to the boilers it can take time to receive hot water but thank you so much for writing, though it should be pointed out that we are not IN the French Quarter but across the street, in the Marigny. Hope to see you soon.
