This hotel was okay for a couple of nights. The guy at the front desk didn't seem like he wanted to be there, he kept telling us it wasn't a 24 hour front desk, which is fine, but on checkout day we had to wait an extra half hour to check out as nobody was in the lobby yet (this...

We were asked to leave and police called on us for just being a little loud after being on Bourbon St on st Patrick's day. Don't stay there if you planning on having a good in New Orleans! Way too up tight for my taste!!!!

After having a crazy night in Nola on Bourbon street we came back early in the morning to the nosy manager who called the cops even though we went to bed to sleep it off!! They do not want you to have fun! It's also in the ghetto!! Very unsafe area! Janky rooms! No good!

This place is definitely a hidden gem. The staff is so amazingly nice. They let us check in 2 hours early & was just so accommodating. The outside may look a little deceiving, but our room was clean & nice & we felt safe. We took Uber's back & forth from the French Quarter, costing about $7-$8 one way.

This stay was a pre-cruise stay. I was looking for something fairly close to the port, clean, and a short ride to the French Quarter. Before considering booking do a little reading about the history of this place, which was another plus for me.Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome and a smile and check-in was quick. The office...

Had the pleasure of staying at the step back in time motel for several days. Had planned on staying one but booked two additional! Can't beat the value, close to bus line and then trolley. Get the $3 daily pass and you can do anything in new Orleans! People that work there are all so friendly, too. Long term employees,...

Don't let the seemingly out-of-the-way location of the Crescent Palms steer you away from it -- this is a charming, old-school motel with large, clean rooms with microwaves and fridges and comfortable beds. Most important, the staff is friendly and helpful and quite attentive to your needs, and all for a price that's half of what is being charged only...

We wanted to stay close to town but not in town so that we could avoid the expensive valet parking fees. The room was clean, large and well equipped. The office was not open enough and there was no lounge nor early morning beverages as stated in the ad. It isn't in the best part of town, but impressed with...

This hotel was absolutely perfect for our visit. Just walk right down the street to the bus stop - get an all day bus pass for $3 - then ride the bus to Broad / Canal for the trolley. Saves money from high parking fees in French area. Kendall the manager made our stay even better. Very hospitable and awesome...

I'd read the reviews of others before booking so zI knew the approach, neighbourhood would not be impressive But the accommodation and building was clean and smart and comfortable. Kendo, the manager could not have been more helpful (loaned us a phone charger, called a taxi for us (only 19 dollars) to go to Bourbon Street) In the morning we...
