I'd read the reviews of others before booking so zI knew the approach, neighbourhood would not be impressive But the accommodation and building was clean and smart and comfortable. Kendo, the manager could not have been more helpful (loaned us a phone charger, called a taxi for us (only 19 dollars) to go to Bourbon Street) In the morning we...

Clean and comfortable room, helpful and nice staff who try to please you. We were here for the ball game and it was a $14 cab ride. The lady at the desk told us the best cab co. to use and there were no problems. The rooms are large and comfortable and clean, the only downer is no coffee brewer...

Very clean accommodations and helpful staff make this the perfect place to stay if you need somewhere close to local transit and all of the sights. If you want to sightsee and just need a clean place to spend the night, this place is ideal.

Stayed here for 4 days, I was concern about the property because of the address but booked it anyway. I'm ashamed of my concern now, this place will be where I stay whenever I'm in New Orleans, it was great. Nice and clean, very comfortable. The staff was awesome. Love this place it gets 4 stars in my book.🌟🌟🌟🌟

Crescent palms is a couple of miles from French quarter ,so we took taxi there .(free phone call from our room) $11 cab fare . Motel is clean, nice beds, nice bathroom ..no coffee making...

By mistake, I made a reservation in this hotel, confusing it with another one in Business District New Orleans, with the same name. The worst part... the price difference was minimum, while the other one was a nice, normal, business style hotel; and this one is less than a "hourly rate" motel. Dirty, Bugs everywhere, security is very poor, smells...
