We stayed in Cottage 4 and moved to Cottage 5 due to booking issues. Cottage 4 had a private courtyard which we loved. The property is beautiful, clean, and located in the French Quarter. Our butlers were wonderful, especially Maria. She went above and beyond to ensure we had all we could want/need during our stay. One morning she even...

We stayed here for our Sons wedding. They used this venue for First Look. What an amazing venue for this function. We're surprised a full breakfast buffet was served. Butler staff was there for all our needs. Will go back for a getaway weekend just with the wife.

The cottages were amazing and the private courtyard was fantastic. Breakfast was wonderful and the location is ideal for the Quarter. However, the staff is outstanding. Maria, Josh, and Gloria ROCK! The only place to stay in NOLA!👍

This is the place to stay if you want a quiet stay in New Orleans. The cottage butler greeted us everyday and night. The cleaning staff where ever ready to help with anything you needed. The breakfast cook was tremendously welcoming and provided us with a nice hot breakfast to start our day. This is a gem in the middle...

My best friend, her adult daughter and I stayed here for three nights last week. Situated in the French Quarter behind a simple olive coloured gate, is the most beautiful tree lined path leading to the gem that is, the Audubon Cottages. After the melee that is NewOrleans, it was always lovely to "come home" to this quaint and tranquil...

A beautiful oasis of serenity tucked away in the heart of The French Quarter. Amazing staff and hospitable service come with this New Orleans "pearl". Personal "thank you"(s) to Courtney, Josh, Maria, Alfred and Gloria for the awesome hospitality. Will definitely make this an annual stop. Ever so sad to leave.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at the charming Audubon Cottages in the French Quarter. The location was perfect to access everything in the Quarter, as well as the Warehouse District and the Marigny. The service was unsurpassed. Each staff member treated us like royalty and became our friend. The courtyards are quintessential New Orleans, the pool lovely. We...

Stayed here with my family (husband, son 22 and daughter 19) on a Deep South road trip a couple of weeks ago. New Orleans is pretty mad and off a bang smack centre city street you open a door and find yourself in lush vegetation as you head for a fresh water pool. Fantastic. Josh (friendly and very entertaining) is...

While we love the fun of the French Quarter, this was a business trip. The cottage and pool were an oasis and the staff was so friendly and went beyond to make out stay great. I can not recommend enough.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
