Perfect location and great walking distance to everything we wanted to see in Nee Orleans. Each staff person we encountered went out of there way to offer help and be of assistance. We expected the free breakfast but the free eve snacks were a welcome surprise to our vacation budget. The variety was great as well...not the exact same choices...

This place may be one of the best kept secrets in town! I honestly don't know where to start. When I arrived, I was energetically greeted by a wonderful staff providing curb side service. All I had to do was get out my car and go check-in. The check in process was so easy and one look at the immaculate...

My husband and I stayed the night before sailing out on Carnival. It is a beautiful hotel, nicely appointed guest room with comfy beds. We had a view of some downtown buildings. The 5:30 drink time was cool. The breakfast had lots of options and tasted fresh. Pro: it is within walking distance to lots of restaurants, con: the streets...

Stayed at the Drury for 7 nights. The beds were comfortable and clean. Slept good all 7 nights! It's within easy walking distance to most attractions. Very nice hot breakfast buffet. And the 5:30pm kick-back fits right in after a day of sight seeing. It's one of the best value hotels we've ever stayed at!!

The hotel accommodated a group of ~ 40 members of a group. Everything was in tact and very clean! Staff were polite and knowledgeable of the city and sites. Although this is a chain hotel, it still has historic charm and character.

My mother, niece and I decided to take a short fall trip to New Orleans for a last girls trip before my niece graduates, and we could not have had a more enjoyable and welcoming experience. We had previously arranged for our stay somewhere else, but on the way down, stayed at a Drury Inn and was so well taken...

Very good location which is easy to access the French Quarter by foot. Service was good. Good kick back with varied foods and good breakfast. Staff was hospitable. We were going on a cruise and staff helped us get to terminal, affix tags and all.

We were in town for the Sugar Bowl. The hotel is a good location for those who are ok to walk about 10 min down to the Dome. Also close to a couple good restaurants. We felt very safe when we walked from the hotel. Also love the breakfast!!

After reading all of the reviews on trip advisor, I was quite confident our stay would be nice, however it was even better than expected. Food was incredible, and as others mentioned ,you could easily eat dinner here. There were .chicken fingers, baked potatoes, pasta, a great salad bar, hot dogs, Chile, soups, and all the fixings, and even more....

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
