I stayed here for 5 nights here recently. I really don't recommend this place for the price it charges. Simply rent an Airbnb even if it's far away and rent a car. This place is really old and outright broken. I understand that lots of...More
I very rarely "wing" trips, but we found ourselves in NOLA for an extra night, and felt the price ($82) for the location and reviews was good.
I barely slept at all. The receptionist was not particularly welcoming.. at all.. although not outright rude,...More
Great location, walking distance from the French Quarters. The staff was polite and very helpful with all the site seeing we was interesting in doing and polite. Overall it was a great stay. Will visit soon again :)
Hotel is in a great location, just a 20 minute walk to the French Quarter which was really nice. I had no issues with parking. The rooms were nice and clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. I will definitely be staying there again

Nestled between the French Quarter and the Ninth Ward, the Faubourg Marigny & Bywater environs are largely residential. Of course, folks around here love to go out and have a good time as much as they do anywhere in NOLA. And if out-of-towners want to join in the festivities, well then so much the better! Home to some of the most revered live music venues in New Orleans, an eclectic gaggle of gourmand dining
destinations, and a come-as-you-are vibe that’s as infectious as it is alluring, this is real deal New Orleans oozing with southern hospitality and the promise of a most epic night out. For endless opportunities to boogie, to admire row upon row of lovingly restored homes, and to escape the fray of the more touristic parts of town (but still live it up in grand style) head to Faubourg Marigny & Bywater.

Good afternoon, yes it is. We have several groups that stay here with us weekly and they walk to everything. Just stay on the main streets that are well lit and you will be just fine. We will have a area map and inform you of the streets, and of course if you all are drinking and prefer to take a taxi back to the hotel it will be no more then about 8 dollars.
