Super helpful staff! Laid back environment! Easy access to bourbon and only a short Uber away from great food! (Also saw Russell Westbrook and OKC Thunder two hotels down and got pictures of them! ) location is great everything was perfect!
We had the best brunch at this restaurant. Megan, Darryl and Leishia and Lea were the best thing ever! We had the best experience for our meal!! They made it the most fun !! The food was delicious and the service was the most am...More
All the staff seemed to go overboard in being helpful. The only downside was the valet parking was a train wreck. We were on the busy street blocking traffic while waiting to get valet parked (there is no self parking). But once inside, very nice.
I was in town for a convention and ended up staying at The Saint because of the favorable room rates and being a Marriott member. I am quite happy with my decision. Even before my trip, the resident Marriott Rewards person reached out to welcome...More
What a nightmare this hotel is. From the outside and pictures online this hotel looks beautiful however it is simply a 2 star hotel with the facade of a 4 star hotel. The lobby is beautiful and the rooms are fine however the level of...More

I apologize that your stay with us was not up to your standards and I can assure you that I have personally escalated your concerns to upper management. Thank you for your feedback.
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.

There is valet parking available, which can be a bit pricey. Honestly, if you don't have to have a car with you, I wouldn't. The hotel is located about two blocks from Bourbon Street (about a 5 min walk, if that) and also very close to other tourist spots (like Jackson Square, Garden District, etc.) You can always uber/lyft to places for a cheaper price than the valet parking price.
