We stayed there for 5 nights. Our first night was in room 76 - it was smaller than any dorm room you've ever seen! Luckily, the next day the staff was able to switch us to a room on the first floor which was great but you can hear a good bit of noise from the street at night. The...

My son stayed here for his first vacation on his own. He and his friend loved the room and location and said everyone was very helpful. Will definitely recommend it as they did not have to use a car but was close enough to the trolley to do some sightseeing.

The stay here was soooo good, friendly staff, good location, comfortable room and clean. I stayed while "MardiGras". So,cost was expensive. But you should pay it. Because here is very convenient. A few minutes from bourbon street. In the night, you'll sleep well and safety. I want to stay again.

Stayed in the Marie Laveau Annex. WOW! Really enjoyed the room. Would highly recommend this place. Everything is within walking distance. The French Quarter, The Cemetery, Canal Street, it is all close. Highly recommend The Inn on St. Ann. Staff was great and always willing to help.

We were very happy with our stay! Our room was clean, the staff was super friendly, and it was overall enjoyable experience. When we return to New Orleans, we will definitely be staying the same place.

We stayed in the Armstrong Suite for 5 days and 4 nights and the visit was everything we could have asked for. Accommodations were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Service was impeccable... staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Having the balcony was wonderful. Ideal location.

The inn was just what we were looking for, clean, quaint and off the busy street of Burbon. The inn has charm all by itself and the staff was great! It's in a great location just blocks from everything. We will be back next year.

My experience at the St Ann was ok. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The room I was in was nice, but my husband and I encountered a few problems. The staff was very quick to rectify the problem and give us another room. The location of the Inn was perfect and at night, it was quiet and cozy.

Loved the hotel and the staff is very friendly and it was very clean. Only small downside is noise. Walls are thin and it's 2 blocks from Bourbon so be prepared to hear noises throughout the night. We were also there during Mardis Gras, so there's that! I would definitely stay here again though.

Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.

“Room 76 very small sink but has a window and is off courtyard. Rooms in 60's are main floor, 70's are second floor with walk up stairs. Some rooms do not have windows so you might need to decide what is more important - size or window.”
