My stay was fantastic due to the amazing customer service we experienced namely from Duane and Yolanda. They both went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, welcomed and assist with whatever we needed. They are remarkable! Thank you for making us feel like family

Hotel was fairly dated, but had a well set out outside area with pool, basketball court and tennis court. Great entertainment for the kids. A spa/hot tub would have been a welcome addition. Breakfast buffet was decent, but the highlight of the breakfast room was a server by the name of Duane. He was super friendly and quick to clear...

The staff is so friendly and attentive. Alexis at the front desk, Duane in breakfast and John roaming around making sure everyone is having a great stay. They are all so happy to share New Orleans has.

From the time I walked in and was greeted with an early check in by Sharon and continually welcomed and spoiled by Yolanda my stay was great! Every team member said my name and responded with a smile but the best was Brandy the AGM who personally went shopping for me with a special request that really went above and...

It was decent place to stay. The front desk was helpful at times. The sofa bed need new mattress. The breakfast was pretty decent. Enjoyed the evening free drinks and food. We used street parking. Valet was 38.50 a night.

Some of the staff are really nice and they try to bring this hotel up, but I found lots of wear and tear and many areas that were not particularly clean. Aging infrastructure. Nice pool and basketball court. Onsite minimart. Free wifi and breakfast as you would expect from these suite hotels.

Duane puts out a great breakfast buffet with some healthy and traditional choices. It was a treat! The grounds are nice. The pool is nice. the location is great; easy to walk everywhere. Parking at $40 a day is absurd. We parked on the street, which was no charge from6pm-8am free on Sundays. the meters run for 2 hours. Parking...

I stayed here during the St. Patrick's weekend. The staff even were giving out free beads! The hotel is an old Warehouse that has been renovated. The structure takes up the whole block and there is an interior courtyard that has a swimming pool and combo tennis court/basketball court. It kind of has the feel of a resort, with seating...

We chose this location because of its closeness to the WWII museum. We were pleasantly surprised with the caring & friendly assistance of their staff, particularly Duane. Easy walking distance to the French Quarter.

Staying in Arts District / Warehouse District

Neighbourhood Profile
Arts District / Warehouse District
Once a thriving industrial zone, today this district is home to a buzzing arts scene with an amazing assortment of galleries, boutiques, and studios having moved in and set up shop throughout the disused warehouses for which the area is so well known. Much of the art you'll come across here is local in scope, ownership and inspiration. However, among the many old brick warehouses are modern structures of steel and glass housing large-scale cultural institutions of national prominence such as the National World War II Museum, the Contemporary Arts Center, and the Ogden Museum of Southern Art. Just as eye catching as what’s on view inside the galleries and museums is the chance to see your ship come in at the Julia Street Cruise Terminal, which serves as a wistful reminder of the city’s historic maritime prominence.
