The rooms were modern, clean and quite comfortable. Nice sitting area. There was a fridge available for our drinks and unfinished food that we ate for breakfast the next day. I loved the bathroom mirror. The location is also very convenient. We walked from there...More

I’ll give the good along with the bad (devastated). A poor rating because trust is everything. Once integrity is lost, there is no going back.
GOOD: newly renovated, friendly staff, nice complimentary breakfast, solid location. The management did the best that they could given my...More

The elevator can be slow, all the staff is extra friendly, bed is comfortable, my view is of the building next door and trash bins, I just don't look out the window. breakfast is ik, cereal, some hot foods and fruit, breads and Yogurt.

Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts
District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
Not that I know of. Its so close to everything. I booked a paddle boat tour, walking drink tour and walking food tour on line. Also a cemetery tour and a haunted tour. All online. And some with Groupon. Great stay... More
