Unhappy about no coffee in room which is a necessity for us while on vacation. Otherwise, besides one day of a mishap with housekeeping, we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel was unique and very convenient to places we wanted to visit.

We enjoyed our stay at the Old No. 77 Hotel. I was definitely skeptical at first but it ended up being a better experience than I thought it would be. Pros: Close to walk to all restaurants, activities, etc., friendly staff, felt safe. Cons: Not as clean as I would've liked, the glass for the shower wasn't wide enough to...

Enjoyed my stay for a business trip. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, excellent food, great location. Would recommend to others and would stay at this hotel again if I were paying for it myself. Get rid of 200 word requirement for review!

Great location, clean and well decorated rooms.Amazing service from all the staff. Front desk were really helpful and attentive, he housekeeping manager greeted us in the elevator and told us if we need anything not to hesitate to ask for. The homemade pastries in the lobby breakfast place were delicious and the staff were great. Will come back again.

The room we stayed in was near the street which is very busy. The hotel itself is amazing. We loved the decor & you can't beat the location. Very close to Barcadia , Harahs . I liked that you are close to the French Quarter with out the chaos . I love staying in the warehouse district:-)

Great location - close to Garden District and Harrah's. Early to walk everywhere. Staff was very helpful. Rooms and CARPETING are in need of renovation / replacement. Gym is small w/limited equipment. Overall very nice experience.

Thank you for sharing your valued feedback from your recent stay with us. I am happy to hear that your overall stay was an enjoyable one. I am however quite sorry to hear that a few things did fall short of your expectations i.e. carpeting and room cleanliness. I would love to extend an invitation for your return so that...

Excellent hotel regarding service, location and overall experience. Would definitely recommend as it is a much quieter and authentic location, however only a short walk to all the hustle and bustle. We will be back if we ever go back to New Orleans!

Very unique hotel, great location, dog friendly felt very safe and the staff were all excellent. Would travel to New orleans just to stay longer in this hotel. Rooms were very large with lots of charm and well thought out design. We have recommended it to all our family and friends. Loved it!

Staying over after a work thing was truly delightful at the Old No 77. Super friendly staff and funky charm and perfect location. Quiet room for deep sleep in a comfy bed with a fan and some arty pizazz and THE best cinnamon rolls! Everything we like and done just right! Perfection!

We booked our stay about an hour before arriving at the hotel, and though it was still before noon and several hours before check-in both the receptionists and valet attendants were incredibly helpful and took wonderful care of us. We got brunch in the hotel restaurant and wandered the city before checking in to what was a beautiful and extremely...

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
