This place is clean. I was worried I would be experiencing that cool, new trend of tiny living, but this room was the same as any other hotel room. The currently ranked #1 hotel the rocket is across the street. You can walk to town and the purple pie place. The free breakfast at the wrangler is a good deal....

My family and I visit Custer, South Dakota every few years and we stay here everytime. It's comfortable, clean, and the owner is super sweet! It's really close to all the downtown shops and restaurants too so it's nice to be able to walk around if you don't feel like driving.

Located in downtown Custer near wonderful restaurants and shops! The tiny cottages are very cozy and tidy. The owner/manager is very friendly and helpful. Was planning to stay 1 night and stayed two!!

Exceptional value with customer service to match.. We arrived late, so called ahead to let them know. She left the key and a map (it's a small area) for us outside. She also moved us to a different room that was away from other guests so we didn't wake anyone; very considerate for all involved. The rooms were clean and...

I wasn't expecting much from this budget motel and from the outside it doesn't look like much either, so it was a pleasant surprise to arrive and find a lovely, bright cottage-style room. It's not plush, but it's pleasant and clean, and it's the kind of place where the woman in charge remembers your name.

We do road trips and so we have some experience of motels. This one is good. Not large, but good. Charming staff, very comfortable, we consider it a stroke of luck finding this place. They don't do breakfast but do sell a card for $5 per person that is exchangeable for a really good breakfast at the Wrangler Diner just...

We stayed at the Black Hills Mile High motel during the week of the rally. The place was superclean super cozy and just what we needed as we were riding motorcycles during the day and needed a comfy bed to stay in the evenings. Would deff stay here again.

Booked 3 nights and although the rooms are small it was just perfect! Very well maintained and Pam the manager was so friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. Custer is close to all and quiet

We booked this motel over the internet for two nights, partly because it's location in Custer was great for visiting Wind Cave N.P., the Crazy Horse Memorial, Mount Rushmore, and then heading home, and partly because it's among the least expensive we found in the area. It was great for that amount of time while we were busy both days...

When we first arrived and saw the small but pretty little motel, we were concerned that this would be what we had hoped. Once we were inside, we were more than pleased. It was not huge but the space was well allocated and we had everything we needed. Wireless connection, frig, flat-screen tv and more. It was meticulously clean and...
