We stayed in hotel Neuhaus Landhaus which is not in the main hotel itself it is a separate building, the rooms are slightly less fancy (I believe) but for the price of getting a cheaper room it’s great that you can still eat your meals...More
Charged €150 when our son was sick & unfortunately didn’t reach the bathroom. Even with photo evidence of no stains (we cleaned up best we could) we were told the whole room was going to be redecorated to match paint & to clean a cushion....More
I stayed in room 420 which has a double bed, a single bed, an en-suite toilet and a separate en-suite bathroom and overlooks the mountain from the window. It doesn't have a balcony which is a shame as the hotel does have rooms with balconies...More

We stayed at the Landhaus Annex of the Neuhaus Hotel. The Annex is about 100m walk from the main hotel which was easy for breakfast and dinner but less straight forward if you were wanting to go to and from the pool/spa in your towel....More

Hi. No I don't think they would get bored at all. There is a kids playground in the garden with swing, slide, zip line etc plus indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The garden is huge with loads of sun beds and swinging seats. Inside there is bowling, table tennis, pool. There is a cinema attached too but we didn't use it so I don't know if they show films in English or not. There was only one choice of kids meal a day. I had it one day because I didn't like the adult choice and it was actually a bigger portion! (Fish fingers).
Check out the Zillertal Arena at Zell am Ziller (a few stops down on the train that goes from right outside hotel) there is a 'coaster' ride (sit on a tray with brakes and whizz down the hillside... Your kids could sit on your laps). GREAT fun and if you go on the cable car to the top there is a massive kids playground. Great fun at top of Ahorn mountain too.
