Hotel Konig is a great hotel. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. Rooms have a safe, tea/coffee making and hairdryers. Views from the rooms at the back of the hotel are great, overlooking the kids nursery slope and beginners run. Breakfast is standard cereals, cold meats and cheese with a hot option too (scrambled eggs etc). Evening meal is a...

Great value for money , 200 m from the centre and admin cable car Rooms were comfortable and clean .The staff were brilliant throughout whilst the buffet food selection is ample and more importantly the quality is great. The chef and waiting staff deserve much recognition . A really good hotel that I would heartily recommend for those not wanting...

Exellent service, small hotel where they really see you as a guest! Nice and clean rooms for really small price. Not even 2 minutes walk from the headstreet of Saalbach. Quiet on night, we even slept with the balconydoor open. Big room for me, husband and 8 year old girl. The staf was super. They always smiled and what ever...

We had a really fun week here in Feb 2016, organised by crystal ski. The staff in Konig are very helpful and kind. We arrived in starving on Saturday night and they had dinner ready for us immediately. Our rooms weren't luxurious but perfectly clean and comfortable. We had three girls in our room and my only criticism is that...

Stayed here for a week in Feb 2016. Excellent staff, good food, and good service. Rooms were comfortable and warm. A good location for skiing and only a short transfer from Salzburg airport. The children's nursery slopes are at the back of the Hotel. I look forward to returning to the Hotel soon.

Our family of 4 stayed at the Hotel Konig for the New Year week Dec 2015. From the moment we arrived the staff went out of their way to do everything they could to make our stay a pleasure. The food was all buffet style, always very tasty. They also made sure that there was always a 'child friendly' dish....

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Konig. It appears to be a family run business, and the staff take a real pride in their work and their hotel. They are very friendly and helpful, always with a smile and speak perfect English. The food was great - served as a hot buffet each evening, which was perfect for a...

We stayed at this hotel in March 2015 and it was booked through Crystal Ski. This was an excellent hotel which was well situated in Saalbach, out of the back of the hotel you can reach the slopes via a nursery run, so it is almost ski to the door (over 2 small roads). You can walk out of the...
