Location of the Hotel is very good, just 200 m from the main ski lifts and the pedestrian. Although the hotel was as described, the facilities were less than expected from a 4-star hotel. However the room was spacious and clean, with mountain views, WiFi everywhere, breakfast was very good but dinner was not always to my liking. The ski...

Rooms are very comfortable and warm. We even shut off the heating. Food is excellent an plentyful. Choice between 2 main dishes. Bar is cosy and there is also a steakhouse available. The basement also holds a table dance act... Our main waitress was really charming, but not all staff was so friendly. Underground car park is also very practical...

There are some bad reviews about this hotel but they are not justified. We had a really nice, newly renovated and clean room in this hotel. The food was amazing both breakfast and dinner. Our waiter for the trip, Robert, was fantastic. I understand the owners are difficult but our experience was really positive. My only complaint was the receptionist...

We arrived at the Hotel Gramaser for our long weekend of skiing full of trepidation having read some of the previous reviews. Upon arrival at the hotel, we discovered that our fears were unfounded. The initial check in process was welcoming. We found our rooms on the second floor to be comfortable, well equipped, warm and extremely clean. Food in...

Nice family driven hotel with two good restaurants and wellness (steakhouse in basement was a pleasant surprice). We had a suite - first time jacuzzi and sauna in room. Good breakfast. Pricy, but only hotel in town that could offer a split-week stay. Free car park, just a few steps from pists and lift. Recommendable.

I stayed in a suite for 4 nights on a skiing holiday with friends. The room was fine except on the 1st night I noticed the bubbles in the jacuzzi didn't work, which was particularly disappointing as I'd been looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi after skiing every day. When I asked at reception the female owner told me...

We've (group of 6 people) stayed 5 times in Ischgl and Gramaser was the worst expirience we've ever had in Apls. Absolutely unfriendly staff, dirty rooms and extrimely unpolite owner's family. I advise to avoid this hotel if you would like to save nervous sistem. Ischgl is very nice village and has so many good hotels much close to sky...

The correct name of the hotel is not Grill-Alm but Hotel Gramaser. However, the descriptions given already are still very much the same today. But the bathrooms are modernised and quite acceptable and I must say that the general staff are quite excellent, very competent and efficient, but they are part time employed, which is quite normal in this kind...

I stay here quite regularly as an all male group of skiers - it has all you need; clean, good food, goo service, friendly waiters at dinner, good rooms. Not too lavish but when skiing all day, we usually just want a big meal and a good night's sleep.
