The service received was personal and all staff were pleasant. The rooms were of a decent size, with a large bathroom with a bath and shower. Breakfasts were lavish. The hotel is very well located, next to one of the main Gondola's and main Apres Ski bars. Although close to the action, the hotel is quiet inside. I would definitely...

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend and loved it. It could not be closer to the lifts they are literally 5-10 metres away so the ultimate in ski in ski out. The staff were very helpful and nice. There is a big Apres Ski Bar next door but that dies down by 8- 8.30 at night and...

This is a beautiful little hotel in a great location in St Anton. Great for skiers. Perfectly clean and maintained. Nicely decorated. Friendly staff. It's right near the two main lifts so very convenient. There's a fun apres ski place nearby called Basecamp. There's a little noise from it from about 4pm to 8pm but it's no bother. All in...

The location of this place couldn't be any better. From our room we could literally look onto the Galzigbahn and when you leave the ski room you're literally already in line for the Gampenbahn. That means that you have a perfect base for ski outings and apres-ski but it also means that it's a touch noisy - we could hear...

I’m amazed to read a couple of bad reviews about this place, I’ve stayed here twice this year and it is difficult to fault a thing. I would take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. This place is brilliant, perfect, ideal for singles, couples and families. It’s right next door to the Galzig lift and the lift pass...

Hotel Bergschloessl is the best situated hotel in the St Anton resort for skiing. You're right at the base of the main gondola and also chair lift. Literally a ski in / ski out hotel. I loved the hotel mainly for location, but there are so many other excellent qualities. The staff were amazingly helpful with any requests I had....

The double rooms are in THE BASEMENT and this is not written anywhere. People realise that on the place when is too late to make another choice. The restaurant of the hotel works only for breakfast but it is not ok, because it is served only by one person for the entire hotel. There is no places for all the...

Our family came from Australia for a White Christmas. 14 in total - aged from 70 to 2 1/2 years. St Anton has something to suit everyone. Johanna & Klaus and the staff of The Bergschlossel couldn't do enough to make it a most memorable occasion. Apart from being in a fantastic location within St Anton, the rooms and facilities...

We stayed for seven nights at this small and family run hotel. It's in a very good location 30 meters from the two major lifts up to the skiing area. It's also in short walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. St Anton is a very lively place, and even though the hotel is in the middle of all the...

This is a sweet boutique hotel right next to the ski lift. It is very clean and the breakfast was beautifully presented. We brought our children for a ski trip in 2001 and returned for a night when we passed through from Zurich to Lienz on a business trip. As I recall from our ski trip, even the ski room...
