I can't fault the chalet, staff or resort. The Chalet was only a short walk from the Nasserein ski lift and it had all the amenities needed for a really comfortable stay. We made use of the sauna and dressing gowns a lovely way to relax after a day on the slopes. The staff were amazing, nothing was ever too... More

We had a lovely week here. Chalet just a few minutes from the main gondola and the busy resort centre, but located in a quiet location which meant a good night's sleep. The chalet team and the resort rep were all lovely...... friendly, helpful, really worked hard to look after us and nothing was too much trouble. All the food... More

Fantastic skiing week in St Anton and the Alberg ski area. The chalet is a great location and with short cut you are at the Nasserein Bubble lift in 5/10 minutes walk . The chalet is near a bus stop too to get to the main centre for the Galzig main gondola access if preferred. The Nasserein is perfect access... More

Three mates and I had a really good lads week away skiing in St Anton in January 2016 and this chalet was up to scratch. The Crystal staff were great fun and Gaby ran the chalet very efficiently and nothing was too much trouble for her. Dan's cooking was creative and tasty - a real treat each night. Jack, Kate... What a fantastic chalet. Can't say anything bad at all about this place. The crystal staff from the moment we met at Innsbruck Airport were spot on and a credit to the company. The staff who ran the chalet were so helpful, attentive nothing too much trouble. Food was spot on, plenty of it made with care. Lovely glass of... More

What a great week we had in St.Anton, I travelled with a party of 10, great transfer (1hr 20mins) to the Chalet Tirolerhaus, from Innsbruck. The staff welcomed us all with open arms Gabi (Boss Lady), Alice, Jake & I think Kate....they looked out for us throughout the holiday. We found them very professional, very helpful with any issues and... More

We got an amazing off-season bargain with this place. The chalet is a clean, quiet and pleasant environment and the staff were great. With the sole exception of the staff day off (Tuesday), we were given full breakfast, afternoon tea and cakes, prosecco and canapes at 7pm, a three course dinner with a choice of wine, and port with cheeseboard... Our stay at the Tirolerhaus far exceeded our expectations. The staff were outstanding and the food blew us away. We brought our 9month old boy for his first holiday and we were all looked after so well. We couldn't recommend it more highly.

It's not a pleasure to give a poor review and I don't blame the staff, I blame the Crystal Management for poor recruitment and putting the inexperienced team together and lack of training and support. Most members of staff were lacking in good interpersonal/ communication skills, they were not proactive in their care or service to us. A member of... More
