Biggish hotel with the smallest of rooms were you need to take care not to bang your ankles when passing the bed. The owners and staff vey standoffish and not at all welcoming. Food good for a 3 star. Would not stay here again as...More
No one to greet us when we arrived had to find a member of staff to check us in. Bedroom ok with comfy bed but ensuite very small and grouting in small shower could have done with a good clean. Towels had seen better days,...More

Hi we fly into Salzburg from Newcastle, the transfer time from Salzburg to Soll is one hour thirty mins. We have only stayed at the Eggerwirt during the Summer season, so we are not sure what facilities are there in the winter. There is a Sauna/ Steam Room/Solarium, in the Hotel. No public swimming facilities in the village during the winter that we know of. The nearest public swimming is the Kaiserbad at Ellmau, not sure what else is there as our holidays are walking ones. You will be able to look up the Kaiserbad on the internet to see what facilities are there.
Sorry can not help on ski hire and drinks. Drinks we found not too bad in the summer but not sure about the winter. But a lovely friendly village and Hotel superb.
