We stayed in the Hotel Jakobwirt as part of an Inghams ski package for a week and we were delighted with our choice of accommodation. The welcome from Anne-Marie was warm and friendly and that friendliness continued through the week from all of the staff, especially Trunde on reception. (Apologies if I have spelt the name incorrectly). The hotel is...

Very clean, relatively comfortable, very well located hotel. Very good dinner and breakfast. Easy access to piste and lifts. Hot Sauna & Infra Red cabin (€3) Very good village for beginners and experienced skiers alike. However...it needs a little updating (beds & room decor are a little dated) and it is let down by small things - a very cold...

Dear Family Stening, thank you for your Report, we will work on it. We undestand you had to book in British halfterm, so automaticly airfares, Transporters, and travel agents put their Prices up. Due to this high Price / expectations can be higher, we hear from our many repeat customers that our Prices are very fair . Water temp. and...

We stayed at the Jakobwirt yet again this year and unfortunately we had to cut our stay short due to family illness back home. We had to arrange flights, taxis etc and i felt the need to write this review as Annmarie and the staff were most helpful in advising us on which airport would be best to fly from,...

Our recent stay at the Jakowirt Hotel was nothing short of excellent. From the moment we walked into reception to when we left 8 days later every element of our stay lived up to our expectations. All three sisters who own the hotel and every single member of staff we met were so warm, welcoming and helpful. They would go...

Friendly and service minded personnel. You can tell that it is a family owned hotel. Perfect location in the village. I injured my knee when we were there, they helped me with everything even asked if they could help me getting some medecin from the pharmacy..Thank you!

This is our favourite ski hotel in the world in our favourite ski resort. Family run, personable, quaint - it's exactly what we need every year to relax and unwind. And Campbell in the cellar bar is a one off - never leave without lots of laughs and stories. We go almost every year to this hotel and our grown...

The hotel is located conveniently in a central location in the village. It has a typical tyrolian ambience and the public areas are spacious. The village band marches past the hotel each Friday (weather allowing) on their way to perform their concert. We were greeted by the receptionist, who immediately conveyed the friendly and welcoming atmosphere which typifies the hotel...

We spent a summer week in Westendorf on half-board at the Hotel Jacobwirt, having booked a last-minute holiday run by Inghams (so we 'got what we were given' as it were). Thankfully, the hotel turned out to be a delight, as did the weather, meaning we chose to have almost every meal outdoors (the staff were great at re-setting our...
