The hotel is clean and comfortable. As long as you don't have a school group on your floor, I am sure you would pass a very comfortable night there. The front desk is helpful, but I am not sure that they are completely used to tourists, probably it is more for business travelers.

I rented an apartment here, it was big, but very dirty and it appeared that somebody had smoked there. The food was very bad and if you want to drink vodka or rakia /Bulgarian brandy/ buy it yourself.

Comfortable with friendly staff that speak English. It provides everything a traveler needs including an adequate breakfast. I do not recommend the restaurant, however. They have a small choice of dishes and use far too many peppers.

The only reason we are not giving it a 5 is the architecture, decoration, placement of the toilet in the middle of the bathroom and the slightly musky smell emanating from the carpets. Oh and no BBC news channel! Otherwise...

The location is good from bus, train stations and sightseeing. The room was clean and staffs were friendly. They helped when I wanted to check bus and train timetables. When I stayed at this hotel, I got small discount for hotel's restaurant (1st floor).

Whilst it looks like a typical large ex-commie concrete bunker, its appearance belies it comfort and it is well located. The service is friendly and efficient. The rooms are large and well furnished. It has good ac and wi-fi. Breakfast was quite acceptable. The lifts take a little getting used to and one seems to have a mind of its...

school groups run wild all night long. I arrived by bus and took a taxi (though it turned out it would have been a fifteen minute walk up a hill) to the hotel. My luggage had not made my connection in Frankfurt, so I was expecting it to be delivered to the hotel in Kazanlak. I checked in to a...
