Banyan Tree 301 is about the ocean and the views, period! My wife, her parents, our two sons and I planned our trip to the Big Island of Hawaii and wanted to visit both the north (Waikoloa Beach Resort area) and the south (Kona area). We found this really helpful owner, Candace of Hula Girl Vacation Rentals. Hula Girl is...

Mahalo for taking time out of your day to write your review. I am so happy that you got to experience the opportunity to visit two different areas on The Big Island - The Waikoloa Beach Resort with it's beautiful beaches and Banyan Tree in Kona with views of the ocean that are breathtaking. (Being only 15 feet away from...

We stayed in Room #203 in March and couldn't be more pleased with the accommodations and location. The floor-to-ceiling glass sliders in the living room and master bedroom invite the sounds of the Ocean right into your vacation. The TV was large and had satellite but who uses a TV when you're literally right on the Ocean which hypnotizes you...

Our home away from home in #302 was amazing! It only took a few hours to feel comfortable. We arrived in time for a beautiful sunset with the surfers enjoying the waves and the morning we left (sadly) we awoke to the most gorgeous rainbow that we watched grow (again with the surfers). We were taken back immediately upon entering...

We’ve stayed at many condos on each island and have learned that “oceanfront” has a tendency to be over-used a lot, but it’s still Hawai’i so we never cared. However, this trip was planned as an eye-opener for my parents & best friends who are perplexed by our “obsession” for leaving the mainland. So we REALLY wanted to give them...

Our stay at #302 Banyan Tree in Kona was outstanding in every respect. The unit reflects the "designers' eye" of the owners. It has exquisite flooring, comfortable and attractive furniture, stainless steel appliances, all of which are enhanced by the beauty and thematic appropriateness of the wall and floor decorations. The degree to which this unit caters to its occupants'...

We stayed at the Banyan Tree condos in Kailua Kona in December 2015 and loved it. This is a small, (only 20 units) well kept facility. The pool was never crowded (we were the only ones there a lot of the time) and the chairs were great. We loved being able to lounge by the pool and gaze at the...

The place was more than expected. It was well furnished, clean, great view of ocean, I mean, you could NOT be any closer to the water. The wrap around deck made it one of the most desirable places that I would ever want to ever stay in Kona. The floor to ceiling windows opened, so with the screens, you got...

My family of 5 enjoyed our 12 day stay at Banyon Tree #204. Before we even got there, Candace, the owner was very easy to deal with and answered all our questions in addition to sending great information on things to do and see in and around Kona. The property is small with just 20 units so it is quiet....

We stayed in the center of the building, facing the ocean, and the only reason we left was to see the island attractions. Otherwise, I could have remained on the veranda, watching the view for the entire week. The condo is stylish, yet unobtrusive. The decor is tasteful, but nothing to distract from the priceless view. in fact, the view...

We stayed here for 3 days and were amazed by how beautiful and well organized the condo was as well as the view from the lanai. It was our first stop on Hawaii and couldn't get any better. We really wished we were staying longer as we wanted to see and do a lot more! The owner's recommendations were very...
