My family of 5 enjoyed our 12 day stay at Banyon Tree #204. Before we even got there, Candace, the owner was very easy to deal with and answered all our questions in addition to sending great information on things to do and see in and around Kona. The property is small with just 20 units so it is quiet....

We stayed in the center of the building, facing the ocean, and the only reason we left was to see the island attractions. Otherwise, I could have remained on the veranda, watching the view for the entire week. The condo is stylish, yet unobtrusive. The decor is tasteful, but nothing to distract from the priceless view. in fact, the view...

We stayed here for 3 days and were amazed by how beautiful and well organized the condo was as well as the view from the lanai. It was our first stop on Hawaii and couldn't get any better. We really wished we were staying longer as we wanted to see and do a lot more! The owner's recommendations were very...

We just finished a wonderful 2 week stay in this unit. The location is excellent. It's close to town yet easy to head out to a main road and go explore. You can walk to town or the beach. This unit is very nicely furnished and comes well stocked with condiments and all cooking/convenience needs. It's easy to pick up...

Everything was perfect, room was spacious, clean, close to everything, beautiful views of the ocean and the surfers, only downfall is NO AIR Conditioning... so hot and humid, and no tradewinds made for some pretty uncomfortable nights... even with the ceiling fans on high... an investment of a good portable air conditioner would have made our stay perfect in every...

We came here for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! Right on the beach and just minutes away from downtown. It felt like a home away from home! It was so convenient being able to go grocery shopping and cook in our kitchen instead of going out every time we were hungry. We will definitely be coming back!

We absolutely loved this condo! The minute we walked in, we could hear the crashing of the waves, music to our ears! The decor is very classy but very comfortable! We loved watching the surfers and the beautiful sunsets from the lanai with a bottle of wine and some amazing poki from Da Poki Shack! The condo is very well...

The Kona Banyan Tree property is located right on the water, has ample parking, and provides the amenities found in a big resort without the hustle and overcrowding of a large resort. The grounds are kept in great condition and the pool a sparkling blue. What you can't beat however are the crashing waves lulling you to sleep every night...

We stayed in unit 305 for slightly over a week. Pretty typical type unit for the Hawaii coast. The unit has recently been renovated and they did a nice job. Two bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the bedrooms had small twin beds. Washer & dryer. If there were two adult couples it might be a bit crowded. No real privacy in...

Mahalo for your response. You'll be happy to know that the entire building has been re-wired so that all owners can now get internet and cable starting Dec 10. With the old wiring, there was a limit as to how many units could be supported. It is unfortunate that the guests above you were not good neighbors. Some people do...

There is nothing much in life that compares to the sound of the ocean’s crashing waves. You will find that calming sound throughout much of condo #302. The decor, the view and all of the comforts of home were truly loved and appreciated. The condo comes fully stocked for cooking, including spices and condiments. Fully stocked for several people to...
