Not even a Newspaper yet in a Suite with 2 rooms and paying over 500 dollars per night ! REALLY ! In my opinion, PITIFUL ! I went and asked for one and they sorry, only the Platinum level guests get one! Again, REALLY ! Also, we had mentioned in our reservation this was a very special vacation to celebrate...

This is a very dated looking hotel with long concrete corridors and industrial carpets but the room was nice- big and comfortable although the balcony is very 70's council flat. The staff are helpful and there is an excellent concierge service - Gary really knows his stuff and all his recommendations were excellent. The lack of beach access and high...

If I could afford it, I would live here. The rooms are very nice and have all the amenities--love the citrus-mint soaps and lotions the provide. Pools and grounds are just incredible, impeccably maintained and the staff is very friendly. As expected, not a cheap place to stay, eat or drink but worth every penny!

When we arrived we were given a room at the end of a long dark corridor with a missing light bulb and a view of a parking lot and tree. Upon having our tour guide complain we were changed to a room with a partial ocean view. This was what we had paid for. The grounds are very nice. There...

This was our first stop on a three island trip, booked through Pleasant Holidays. Our room was comfortable, with a delightful king sized bed. Black out shades provided a restful atmosphere. Two bottles of water were provided daily. We had a room with a door to an adjoining room. Unfortunately, this door is not soundproof, and two of our four...

This was our first trip to Hawaii for our 25th wedding anniversary, and the staff at the Sheraton Kona were exceptional! When we got there, the electronic key did not work in the door. It is unbelievable how accommodating they were. The manager, Debra, came up herself and walked us to an upgraded corner room which has a HUGE suite...

This was our first trip to the Island of Hawaii. We got a wonderful room overlooking the ocean, and big surf with waves crashing against the lava cliffs really excited us. We loved the two big pools, a great water slide, and ability to learn snorkeling, and kayaking right at the hotel. Daily complimentary activities were a surprising option. There...

Brief review: this “resort” is dated and the staff exhibits no accountability as the hotel slowly drifts into decay. While the location is breathtaking and the amenities sufficient, there is a significant lack of value compared with similar resorts further north. I would also not stay here with children or if you have allergies due to the packs of feral...

My husband and I stayed at the Sheraton Kona for over a week for our honeymoon. The hotel staff was so amazing! From front desk managers (Matthew) to our housekeeper, concierge, Valet/bell staff, restaurant staff and pool staff. Being that I am a SPG member PLT, I received access to the club lounge and was given a great upgrade with...

This is the hotel in front of which the boats gather for snorkeling with the manta rays. You can watch them gather at twilight and see their lighted rafts attracting plankton for the manta rays to eat. The manta ray snorkeling is one of the best experiences I have ever had on vacation. I did it twice during the week...
