I am so glad that we did not listen to previous reviews on this restaurant, nor the weather channel. We chose to go to the Big Island for Labor Day Weekend, just as two hurricanes were aiming straight for the island. Right after Madeline hit, I called the hotel to ask how bad the damage was. The girl told me...

The hotel was you-get-what-you-pay-for. No beach access, but big pools with water slides. A month after our stay, however, a new and erroneous bill appeared on my credit card for amount higher than my original bill paid a month ago. Left three messages as each time the "accounting" the operator transferred to was picked up by an answering machine. No...

We went there for our Honeymoon and received second to none treatment. The service was at all times outstanding and the staff was super friendly. They knew we were there for our honeymoon. They made our stay truly special We were upgraded to the executive suite with an amazing ocean view.

Staff friendly and professional. Room was clean and spacious. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom outdated. Grounds well kept. Could use more night life options like an on site disco. Check out was a breeze. Reasonable resort fees. Loved the fact that rental car facility was on premise.

What a chance to our last hotel! Very helpful and friendly staff. Got a room upgrade which always helps. Perhaps a little dated, but this is not a problem as the staff cannot do enough to help you. Pool side service from Sarah, brilliant. The concierge, Gary, sure know his stuff and recommend several trips and things to see. The...

It's a good resort with al the required stuff you need, the staff is friendly. The rays of manta restaurant is highly overrated and you don't see any manta rays. Pools are nice and rooms are little older but all resorts are similar in Kona area.

The Sheraton Kona is physically just a beautifully designed hotel, so open to all the incredible views of the island. Our clean and very comfortable room was spacious with a large private balcony, but I was surprised there was no microwave. The staff was friendly and also quick to address any issues as we found out when our AC malfunctioned...
